We stayed here during and because of Eurovision week what made the hotel feel even more fabulous because of many likeminded guests.
I loved our view from the 20th floor at the back, esp. at night.
At first the room looked somewhat small but eventually it worked out well because everything was so well designed. The beds ware fantastic.
Food at the skybar was great and breakfast was lovely.
One night there was a party going on at the top floor (23rd) and I could here music until 2 at night, but I didn't complain about it because it happened only once and that night I was still on a Songcontest-high myself and earplugs did the rest.
Staff were all very friendly. Metro nearby and highly convenient free airport shuttle.
Happy guest.

This starkly modern and uniquely designed hotel was all we expected. The rooms are Danish Modern, adequately furnished and the lovely large bathroom with a tub (not all rooms are
equipped with a bathtub) was welcomed especially after walking for hours on the streets of Copenhagen. One thing that had me puzzled was the awkward design for turning on and adjusting the water. The glass enclosure was not moveable and positioned at the faucet end, so one had to climb into the tub in order to turn on the water and hope that the water temperature was not freezing cold or scalding hot. There was no indicator letting the individual know which tap (for rain head, or hand held shower, or tub faucet) was needed to turn on the water.

The breakfast buffet was very nice with a large assortment of hot and cold breakfast items

The Staff more than helpful and very accommodating even offering the use of large umbrellas for our day out in the rain..

The hotel is situated near the metro and the bus stopped right outside the hotel complex with transportation available every 15 minutes this was a major convenience during or touring days.

Room Tip: Every room has ample lighting and views as the design has incorporated very large ceiling to floor w...

Bella Sky Hotel is located outside of the city center; however it is right on the bus and metro lines. This makes entering downtown super easy! We were there for a week and loved the hotel. The hotel has a wonderful clean design. The staff was very helpful! The included breakfast was reason to stay alone. It had eggs, bacon, sausages, multiple types of cheese and bread, fruit, lunch meat, cereal, coffee and tea. You really do have to try the yogurt and granola for breakfast!! A quick favorite!

Room Tip: Ask for a room facing the city.

Stayed on business, hotel is big and can get busy if there is a conference at centre next door. But I preferred it over crowne plaza nearby. Lovely rooms, nice quirky hotel design, nice food although shame there was no fruit salad for breakfast ! Lovely wet room bathroom

This is a pretty good hotel. It's nice and modern and is a terrific piece of architecture to look at from the outside. Crazy lifts (elevators) but there are plenty of them. We stayed there during Eurovision and the hotel seemed to be full of likeminded fun and young people.

The plus side: the location is great, despite what some moaners say. The hotel is 5 minutes walk from Bella Center metro station. No it is not in central Copenhagen but it is literally only 15 minutes from the airport by train (take the Oresund Line to Orestad then one metro station up from there, with a ridiculously easy change). Same Oresund train can take you directly to Copenhagen central station/Norreport or take the regular metro for the other stops in CPH. You can also take bus 30A from right outside the hotel to the Central Station / Tivoli (about 15 minutes ride through some more fascinating modern architecture districts) or the 250S from outside Bella metro. Lots of options. Also worth noting that there is a large shopping mall just 5 minutes down the road opposite Orestad Station as well. We did not use the hotel's own shuttle, didn't need it.

The room was reasonable size, didn't think much of the bed (far too soft and suffered a lot from roll-together) and the TV only had about 12 channels on it, most of which were in Danish. Didn't care much for the glass walls to the bathroom but that seems to be common in Scandinavia. Big disappointment was the minibar being an automated one so we were not able to keep our own stuff cool like in many hotels, however it was reasonably priced.

Breakfast was good food but it is like eating in a works canteen! Incredible number of people eating in the room and it was just too crowded around the food tables. And stupid ipad juice machines baffling everyone and taking too long to dispense any drinks.

Disappointingly the Sky Bar was closed for a private function both days we were there. I realise that the hotel probably makes a lot of money renting the bar out but when they make a big deal about it on their website they should not be denying hotel guests access to it, two nights in a row. Keep the private bookings further apart please.

Our check-in took only about two minutes at the desk which was good but that was after a 15 minute wait (with only two people in front of us) to get to the desk at all. This seemed to be because the check-in staff were busy upselling everyone to take breakfast, or making dinner reservations for people (that really should have been handed off to the concierge table).

A little way out of the centre , but with bus and train within a few yards it was so easy to get to the centre and very fast. This is such a different hotel in a nice way , the building is the best i have ever been in. A great bar on the top floor where we could see for miles. The food was top class and the staff in the hotel were as good as any top hotel. It was so very clean and the design of the rooms was very good. I look forward to going back soon.
