4/5 is good for this hotel, it's well located near the airport and a 10 minute walk to the Metro to get you in to the centre of the city. If you walk a bit further (25 mins to Ørestad) there are mainline trains to the airport, Malmö and Gothenburg.
We upgraded the room on check in to the 21st floor and the view was nice if not stunning. The room itself was small but functional with a very comfy bed and really great shower.
Breakfast is fine and served in a large canteen style room. The staff were struggling a bit to replenish fast enough so some items quickly ran out.
Overall though we liked it and would recommend to anyone looking for somewhere quiet out of town at which to base themselves.

This hotel is either ugly or stunning and with a corner room on the 17th floor we had a beautiful view.... Only it's more like a flat waste ground. But still, what a vista.
The staff were friendly and very efficient, and the facilities are excellent. Would definitely recommend this hotel for a visit.

Very good hotel.. luxurious and very good rooms..
Little far from the city, however the metro station (which is very convenient) is right near the hotel..
The dinner at the cafe on the 1st level is really good..
Risotto is delightful..

Stayed here for 5 days in February and was wowed by it. Courteous staff, easy check-in and check-out. Amazing architecture, spacious and well appointed rooms - with amazing view of Copenhagen if you're lucky, like I was. Metro is a 3 minute walk from the hotel. One stop to the right takes you to Fields shopping centre where you can stock up on supplies if you don't fancy paying over the odds for everything! Hugely convenient for the airport (1 metro stop then a change to a commuter train). Copenhagen centre is little over 10 minutes away on the metro and buses stop outside taking you to many places, including the zoo. I would stay here again without a doubt. I have travelled extensively around Europe and this has been my favourite hotel. If only all could be like this!

Room Tip: Ask for one facing Copenhagen centre. On a clear day you can spot all the towers and spires, even th...

We ended up at the Bella Sky involuntarily resulting from a very delayed flight. Despite the chaos of having to check in and feed nearly 300 peope at the same time, the hotel staff managed to make our stay good. They really handled the situation very well.

Our room was great with a good view - we think it was a standard room but it was really well sized and well equipped with a hint of luxury. The beds were fantastic!

The food was nothing special but since it was 10 in the evening and so many people, it was understandable.

It took about 5 minutes in a taxi to the airport so very close and very convenient.

Although the circumstances were not the best, it was still a nice experience and we can only recommend this hotel.

Despite striking architecture, was disappointed with the Bella Sky. This was a business trip, so expectations are different from just a leisurely stay. On the plus side it is very clean and has a nice fitness center. However, many more negatives including:
- Food was awful. Room service, at the conference center, at the Sky Lounge;
- Staff was indifferent. As an example, took 20 minutes to get drinks at the Sky Lounge;
- Relatively close to the airport, but far from anything of interest. $35 US for cab to get to city for restaurants;
- 2 English-speaking channels. When fighting jet lag at 2am be nice to have something besides CNN or BBC to watch;
- Internet connectivity was unreliable and slow.

Would recommend looking at other locations for a visit to Copenhagen.

We visited the Bella Sky after reading the reviews on Trip Advisor. At first the location put us off booking but after reading how easy it was to get into the centre we decided to give it a try - we were NOT disappointed.

It is very easy to find from the Metro, after all it is one of the largest buildings in Denmark so easy to spot from a distance, and only a short walk. It is easy to get into the centre by Metro or to the airport and only 1 stop on the Metro to connect with the train to Malmo. The metro runs every 6 minutes continually over 24 hours due to the fact that it is all automated - no drivers!! Very good public service.

We upgraded to a corner room and were very pleased - floor to ceiling windows, as in all the rooms, but quite spacious with the light making it feel bigger. The bathroom was very spacious too and the TV sound was piped in there too! The only thing that I thought let the rooms down slightly was the provision of cardboard cups for tea/ coffee and the lack of breakfast tea.
There was a lot of choice for breakfast including cereals, meats and cheeses, cooked food and a large variety of breads. The only thing was that the breakfast room was rather like a canteen - no real atmosphere.
We tried the Sky Bar on 2 nights - what a view from 23 floors up! The staff in there are really friendly. We had a drink in the lobby bar on the last night and unfortunately the same cannot be said about the girl working the bar - she was SO miserable.

Check in and out was very simple and quick.

There isn't anywhere else to eat or drink nearby but don't let that put you off as it really is easy to get back into town in less than 15 minutes.

Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel - in fact I've done that today to someone I work with.

Room Tip: upgrade to a corner room as high as possible for the best views

Thank you very much for your review and recommendation. It definitely put a smile upon our faces and we are very happy you had a pleasant stay. And you are absolutely right – the metro station is only a stone’s throw away from our hotel so it is very easy to go downtown.

We understand our use of cardboard cups for coffee and tea can be a cause for wonder but we simply use them because of hygienic reasons. Our selection of tea will be reconsidered, thank you for your feedback.

We look forward to welcoming you at our hotel very soon again!
