After many years, still fun. Many places to eat, shop, even if you don't want the rides. Especially magical during Christmas (although the crowds on the weekends are huge!).

Nice to have a walk in the evening and look at all the lights. Gets the Christmas-feeling.
Nicer to visit with kids, than without :-). A lot of restaurants with a variety of cousins. In the evening (late in the evening in December) - most things to look at, plenty of Christmas things to buy, not many "activities" open.

We stayed for a couple of hours, which was more than sufficient for us (2 adults). If we had brought children, I guess we would have spent the whole day...

We visited Tivoli on a Saturday evening and it was jam packed. We had walked past earlier in the day and the queue was huge so decided to wait until around 7pm hoping the families with younger children would have left. There was still a queue but not so long, The park is decked out with sparkly Christmas trees and the whole place has that festive pine smell. There are cabins selling an array of gifts and sweets, and plenty of places selling food, although at 8.30 we were told as we hadn't booked there were no taboles until 9.30pm. We eventually ate at Wagamama, again after joining a long queue. As the park is open until midnight at Friday and Saturday sp we went back in after we had eaten (you get a stamp on your hand so you can re-enter) and it was much less crowded, so I would recommend going later in the evening if you don't have young children with you. Everything is lit up and it's a really festive experience, wrap up warm. Approx £10 for entrance only, you can buy a ticket for each ride separately (£2.50 ish) or buy an all inclusive ticket at the entrance.

Defiantly worth a visit. Very fun. Went for the Christmas market and enjoyed the rides. Quite a bit to do if you're a kid at heart. Wish we had gone earlier than 8:30 pm, go a bit earlier and have fun!
