The apartments have a beautiful and clean design and are very spacious. The kitchen has everything to offer for a long stay.Love that they have a washer and dryer in the rooms.

The staff are SUPER helpful and so nice!

I could not find one thing to complain about if I had to.

Room Tip: The apartments in number 7 have a balcony

We had a one-bedroom open-concept for several nights in September 2017 and LOVED it ! The hotel is modern, clean, open plan, white, comfortable, and very spacious for our needs as a middle aged couple staying about four nights. We overlooked the canal side, and even with construction going on across the street, it was quiet and comfortable. You can enjoy complete darkness with the black-out curtains, or enjoy the sun / cloudy sky. The king sized bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. Loved the space offered with the kitchen / LR / bedroom. We did not cook, but the basics are certainly there. It would be great for travelling with a family, as you could save on breakfasts, etc, in very expensive Copenhagen. The hotel breakfast is also great, with quite a variety of cheese, yoghurt, juice, some pastries, fruit, etc. My only complaint was the cleaning staff running the dishwasher for TWO CUPS on our second or third day - very eco-UNfriendly, and also on our last day they came in at 9 am and instead of apologizing for being so early, wanted to clean the room ! The distance to central Copenhagen was not an issue for us, even with some mobility issues. We took the water bus or walked - about half an hour (probably not suitable if you want to go in and out all day between seeing the sights). Taxi from the airport took about 20 minutes @ 250 DKK, and to the cruise port about 30 minutes and 300 DKK. We likely will not return to Copenhagen ourselves, but certainly recommend STAY.

Room Tip: We enjoyed the canal-view side (south or south-west).

I have just come back from a family weekend away at Stay Seaport. We are a family of 5 adults therefore shared a 3 bedroom apartment and it was absolutely splendid! The apartment is extremely spacious and homely. There were often times where we opted to stay in rather than go out due to the apartment being so homely. The only issue to be aware of is that the apartment that we stayed in didn't have main lights in hallways. Every other room is lit up by lamps which is more than enough lighting due to the massive windows that allow lots of light through. The lamp lights also give off a nice, cosy vibe in the evenings. Travel wise, the location is terrific for getting around using public transport. Nørdhavn station is about an 8 minute walk from the apartments and can get you into Nørreport in 2 stops which is about 5 minutes. You can also take the train to the main centre København which is 4 or 5 stops, this will cost the same price as you will only buy a single one price ticket which lasts for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Although I would highly recommend getting off at Nørreport and exploring the wonderful town squares and Nyhavn before taking a short walk to København where I would also recommend visiting Tivoli Gardens. There's so much to do in Copenhagen and this apartment complex is the ideal place to stay. The apartments are wonderful and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful, making you feel right at home as soon as you step foot into the reception. I am very much looking forward to my next Stay experience!

We had a double bedroom apartment i.e. two bed rooms, very comfortable beds, super spacious apartment, clean, light, modern, lovely. You have iron equipment there, washing machine etc. so you could easily stay for a week or longer. The only downer I had was that there were only two coffee sachets (i.e. for two cups) which weren't refilled once gone so after our first night, we had no more coffee for the rest of the three days stay. Hotel is central enough i.e. you can walk into the centre within 15/20min or take a cab for about $20. It's also very close to the airport. Area is an upcoming modern district, still heavily built and as such you have building sites all around you. The noise level however was pretty low so except for when you looked out the window, you didn't really notice the area. Would stay here again but bring my own coffee.

My family stayed recently in a 3 bedroom apartment on the 6th floor. I love design and was attracted to the minimalist Danish Hay styling of this aparthotel. The apartment was spacious, light, with 3 separate balconies in the living area and Juliette balconies in each of the bedrooms, the beds were very comfortable, the staff friendly and the ability to self cater was excellent in what can be quite an expensive city. However, there were areas of the accommodation where the standard has been allowed to slip which we found not acceptable . There has been an obvious leak at some point in to the apartment from above and the ceiling had a very large brown stain which had not been attended to. The main light in one of the bedrooms did not work at all and the lights in the living area were a bit hit or a miss, often switching off on their own accord. The bedside table in one of the bedrooms was hanging off the wall and several of the cupboard doors in the bathroom had large chips in it ,not what you would expect in this class of accommodation and all things which could be so easily attended to. The cooking area is a good size but there are very few cooking utensils and a lack of cutlery and crockery. We did however request a few items, wok, colander and a cooking knife, all of which were promptly provided. There is one bathroom in the apartment which we thought may be a problem with 6 adults. Although an extra toilet would have been an advantage it all worked out okay. It has been mentioned in other reviews that the shower does not have a door . We did not find this to be too much of a problem. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer which was excellent . The apartment is very warm with no air conditioning. We needed to leave the bedroom doors to the outside open every night which was not a problem on the sixth floor.
The buiding work in the area, as mentioned in other reviews, is extensive and was immediately outside the bedroom windows of this apartment. We were awoken by it just after 6am each day as it was extremely loud and it continues until about 4pm. We didn't find it too much of a problem as we were out each day exploring the city. Once the work is finished I think the area will be even nicer than it is at the moment . However I think a warning by the company before arriving at the hotel and some kind of incentive as way of an apology for the inconvenience would be a nice gesture.
There is free Wifi but this is a bit unpredictable, particularly in the evening.
The apartment has a quick clean/ tidy up daily by pleasant housekeeping staff and the towels are changed every day. The bedding was not changed at all during our 9 day stay.
There is a partial roof terrace which is realiy nice but precarious to reach if your apartment is not adjacent to it. There appears to be work going on in this area at the moment so hopefully the seating will be extended to other areas.
The hotel is situated in the Island Brygge area of the city which is really nice. There is an outdoor pool about 10 mins from the hotel which is very popular with locals and has free entry. It is about a 30 min walk in to the city centre but there is a bus stop just around the corner from the hotel (a Copenhagen card is a convenient buy, covering transport and entry to 79 museums) . The train is a 10 minute walk away and the metro 20 mins. There is a supermarket and a few restaurants under the hotel and a shopping mall on the way to the station which has a Lidl and another large supermarket, both of which are cheaper than the one at the hotel. The airport is not too far away but the walk to the Metro with luggage is not ideal. However the hotel can arrange a taxi to the airport for a fixed price of 195 kroner which was very convenient.
