We stayed in a penthouse apartment. It was lovely but only really equipped for a few days stay. There is a dishwasher, tablets and a washing brush and a tea towel but you have to buy your own washing up liquid if you just want to clean a glass or cup and no where to put the wet crockery so it quickly starts to look like a mess.
The chairs around the large dinning room table and single seaters around the coffee table are uncomfortable if you sit on them for longer than 2 minutes. A decent amount of shelving space in the bedrooms but not many hangers for the wardrobe.
The bathroom/ wetroom was a bit of a problem. The non ensuite bathroom had a shower next to the door and the water went all over the bathroom as it bounced off you and because the showerhead sticks out of the water quite a bit. The water from the shower also flowed out of the bottom of the door so there was quite a bit of mopping after each shower. The sink was a tiny rectangle and was shoved under/ next to the only 2 hangers in the bathroom where the towels are put (this also meant there was nowhere to put clothes when you shower) it meant it was difficult to wash you face and was messy as water splashed on to the floor often. There were a host of other problems with the functionality of the bathroom derived from trying to be so minimal it wasn't practical.
The apartments were about a 20 minute walk from central Copenhagen and about a 40 minute walk from the Nyhavn. The local area is being redeveloped and there is a nice grocery store, bakery and sushi restaurant on the ground floor of the apartments.
All in all a lovely place to stay and the apartments are great spaces but not practical interior wise or distance from central sites. I probably wouldn't stay there again if I went to Copenhagen but I did like the short (if sometimes frustrating) stay in a Scandinavian design concept.
