When you book a room at Tivoli Hotel it is like playing the roulette; you might get lucky, you might not.
How this hotel handles large events is somewhat of a mystery to me...
Overbooking of rooms is common, and there is not much help from the danish speaking staff.
At this hotel they do everything they can to cut costs, from the use of low paid non-danish workers to the size and price of the breakfast - the most expensive option in Copenhagen. So enjoy your stay, but make sure that you bring a lawyer - you will need it! (Unless you will be content with CEO Jakob Ellermann's standard remark about bad "experiences").More
