Its very near to station, tivoli garden and many museum. Room were medium in size but clean.
I loved their breakfast and staff were very polite. They provide me free entrance ticket to Tivoli garden and help me to find bus and organised my tour.

Overall a great experience. Staff were efficient. Breakfast excellent, lots of choices. fantastic hotel, plus we got into the Tivoli garden for free which was a bonus. We would go back and stay here, and the hotel is close to the train station.

The Stick's N' Sushi on the top floor. The swings at the bar next to the restaurent. The Views from the suite, the spa, the pool changing lights from purple to green to blue.

The floor with complimentary food (Coffee, chocolate, sandwich, chips, soda, everything!)

The suite i booked i was a bit dissapointed about. The Tivoli theme was shaved down into a booring bedsheet with Pjerrot.. and that was it..
Could use a little more Tivoli theme park inside the hotel.. its very polished

Dear Carina Maj,

Thank you for the nice review of Tivoli Hotel & Congress Center. I am happy to know that you had a satisfactory stay here and enjoyed all our facilities. However, I am sorry that the decoration did not live up to your expectations. The rooms are designed with a twist of Tivoli. If you wish a real Tivoli experience, you should book one of our special Tivoli Theme Rooms.
I hope we will have the pleasure of welcoming you again in the future.

Yours sincerely,
Tivoli Hotel & Congress Center

Stayed there in November 2012 for a week. The hotel is good and clean with decent room size, the view can be a thumbs down depending on your luck. The amenities provided are very basic. Thank god for a decent size bath room. The breakfast has a decent spread and the bar and restaurant on the top floor is a must visit. All in all if you are not looking for something too exquisite and located in close to city center , tivoli should be the choice.

The name, the funny mirrors in the hallway to the dining area, the childrens play room, the pool, and the free tickets to the amusement park all signal it is a tourist hotel. But the style, the conference area and the meeting rooms signal, it is not. It actually seems to be a almost perfect fusion of the two.
Almost, because it is definately ideal of you have business in the center of Copenhagen. Nor is it perfect of you would like to stroll out on the the main shopping street Strøget. Allthoug it looks and sounds like it is situated close to Tivoli, it is actually a good walk to the amusement park and even farther to the city center being on the wrong side of the park. It is also a very long and boring walk from the main railroad station allthough it seems to be situated right next to it. Hop off on the station before Copenhagen H for an easier walk.
But that said the hotel is very nice. The sticks and sushi sky bar on the roof is destination worth visiting in itself. If you pay extra for a room on level 9 or 10 you get access to a snack lounge with free juice, hot beverages, fruits, bisquits and chips and you get a very nice view over the canal. The play, pool and fitness area has everything anyone would require. A few hundred meters down the street is a big shopping mall with a cinema complex. Except for that and the cheaper hotel Wakeup next door, the area is pretty dead. There is a shuttle bus that no one uses but taxis are easily available when you are fed up walking down town.
The breakfast is pretty average except for the abundant amount of dried and fresh fruits.

Dear Traveller,

Thank you for posting a review of your stay at Tivoli Hotel & Congress Center. I am very pleased to read about your thoughts of our design. We have done our best to make it the perfect fusion of a family hotel and a business hotel, and I am happy to know that you think we have succeeded.
You are right about our location, we are not situated right next to the Tivoli Gardens, but a 10-15 minute walk away. As you also mention, there is a public bus departing all day right in front of the hotel taking you to all the main location in Copenhagen.
I am glad that you enjoyed our complimentary services on our special Executive Floors.
I hope we will have the pleasure of welcoming you again in the future.

Yours sincerely,
Tivoli Hotel & Congress Center

We really enjoyed our stay at the Tivoli Hotel. We had a comfortable family room (2 double rooms with an interconnecting door) which was nice and quiet at night. The rooms were clean, of an adequate size and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was great with lots of choice. The first part of our stay fell within the school holidays and the breakfast area was very busy although we always got a table straight away apart from one morning when we had a 10 minute wait. During the second part of our stay the breakfast area was much quieter. We found the staff to be friendly and helpful. The hotel also has a nice swimming pool which we used once during our stay. The hotel is around a 10 minute walk to the Tivoli Gardens, 15 minutes to the pedestrianised centre and a 5 minute walk from a nearby shopping centre. All in all we really liked this hotel and would definitely stay again.

Propably the first thing to remember is that the Tivoli Hotel is not next to Tivoli. It's about 15 min walk from the railwaystation. The property is quite big, which naturally brings lots of people. Due to the size of it, the reception area is very small, which makes it quite congested. During the rush hours it's better to take the stairs, it's quicker.

The room(s) are quite nice, as everything is brand new. the higher you get, the better views you get. Breakfast was great, though crowded. the skybar is excellent! Service overall was great!
