“Great spot to relax after a long walk”
Reviewed July 14, 2012

We spent all afternoon walking around and were quite tired. This place was highly recommended so we thought in giving it a try. We were there late so only cakes and beverages were available. But cakes were awesome! The lovely royal Copenhagen ceramic added to the charm. Lovely hidden restaurant with a great outdoor area.

“Stylish café in the city centre”
Reviewed July 12, 2012

Delicious cakes in a stylish atmosphere. Due to it's location in a backyard off the Stroget main shopping road it's centric, but quiet. Great for a rest. Good changing facilities for families travelling with children.

“Spend your money on the Smushi!”
Reviewed January 22, 2012

Charming, quirky, pretty cafe offering beautifully presented smorrebrød (Danish open sandwiches) with a modern twist, hence the name "Smushi" they use for these little delights. Prices are high though and I'm always shocked after I've been presented with the bill. This weekend we stopped in for a late lunch (2 of us), we had 3 of the little Smushi each, 3 beers (33cl Carlsberg so nothing fancy) between us and a coffee and a piece of cake each. Total bill 605DKK, or just over £75!!!! So, I love the place and would come back, BUT I'd advise you stick to a couple of Smushi and a beer to avoid a shock!

“Terrific lunch spot in shopping area”
Reviewed January 20, 2012

Yummy sandwiches, soup, salads, desserts, coffee and tea served on various patterns of beautiful Royal Copenhagen china. Very friendly service in a casual setting, designed with tongue-in-cheek hipness. Lovely courtyard open in warmer weather, too, in the middle of shopping area.
