Modern, clean and comfortable, this is a really nice business hotel. I was over for a conference held in the hotel and stayed on for some extra business and the experience was consistently good.
The staff were really friendly and helpful no matter what the question was or what time of day - can't fault it. There's even a shuttle to and from the airport which is really useful.
I ate in the bar and the restaurant and the food was great on both occasions. The only slight minor is that the bar is in such a huge vacuous space that it is a little soulless to while away an evening in.
Next time I'm in the area I'd definitely look to stay here again.

Typical conference hotel, large with good meeting rooms and faciltiies. Very modern and bright. The rooms were a good quality. The restaurant is excellent - very good quality food as we had a meal one evening and also buffet lunch there was very good. Not much around the hotel but as others have said, its easy to get into Copenhagen from there by metro. WifI was free but a little slow

A great hotel. Top quality and reasonable pricing. Beautiful and comfortable rooms with great views. Well appointed, modern fixtures in room. Nice bath area. Close to airport with free airport shuttle and only 100 yards from commuter train/metro which takes you to the center of town in less than 10 minutes. Very helpful staff all speak English. Also a business center with computer access. However, plan to eat elsewhere. Food in hotel is very expensive and only mediocre in taste/quality. Worth the stay and I'd go back here if in Copenhagen again.

Room Tip: Ask for city view room. Same price as country side views.

It's the perfect location for both business and leisure visitors as its conveniently located close to the airport (offering a shuttle service), a metro station taking you into the city is a short walk away, and a massive shopping mall next door offering you the opportunity to shop and dine.

The room offer wifi, are spacious, comfortable, clean and chic with comfortable beds guaranteeing a good night's sleep. The staff are helpful, professional and friendly too!

There is shuttle service to and from the airport which is probably less than 10 minutes away. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The rooms are quiet, clean and comfortable. The breakfast is amazing. And there is a metro stop not a block away from the hotel. You can purchase those tickets at the hotel desk and in less than 20 minutes you can be in the heart of the City. We were on an NCL cruise and flew in a day earlier and left a day later. Because this was a hotel used by the cruise line, we were able to transfer from it to the boat and back- for a transfer fee both ways. As this was our first cruise, we elected to do things the easiest way possible. We were not disappointed. I would recommend this hotel if you like to be close to the airport on the night before you leave for the US. Or if you prefer a more suburban setting to a city one. This is not a City hotel. But you can get there in a blink!

My wife and I travelled to copenhagen for a 4 day holiday and stayed here. the hotel is very close to the airport and has a free shuttle service which will save you big time as copenhagen is a super expensive city... the rooms are lovely and have all the mod cons you would expect, the beds are comfortable and the housekeeping is first class. try to get breakfast included in the price as a deal as its not a bad spread for a buffet, but its dam expensive if not included in the room price...food ,drinks and anything in general is very very expensive in denmark as they add a 25%vat tax on everything bar the air you inhale. there is a shopping mall very close to the hotel where you can stock up on food or drinks....most visitors here do just that... try and get to Malmo in sweden as its only a 10 minute train ride and the station to both central copenhagen and to Malmo is only a stones throw away...Malmo has a fantastic mall called emporium and shopping in the city or eating out is generally cheaper than copenhagen.......all in all a nice hotel with lovely staff, especially Alan from the restaurant who was just wonderful to both my wife and extremely helpful.

Room Tip: choose a room on the higher floors..23....24... great views!
