This hotel is located mid-way between Copenhagen's Kastrup Airport and the town itself. There is an excellent shuttle service from the airport, which is operated by the traveler punching in the information into an iPad at the information desk at the airport. The style of the hotel foyer is open-plan and it is bright, airy and warm. There are Metro and train stations literally across the road from the hotel at Orestad station and there is an upmarket shopping centre called Field's right beside the hotel. Rooms are a decent size and furnished in quintessentially Scandinavian style. Extremely quiet. Great views across to Sweden from the higher rooms. Friendly, efficient service from the well-trained staff. Didn't use the restaurants, so can't comment on the food or beverage side. Took the train to Malmo in Sweden, which only took about twenty minutes. Delightful little town, highly recommended for a day trip. For a first-time visitor to Copenhagen, I can't imagine a better bet than this excellent establishment. And very good value as well.

Room Tip: Choose a high-level room for great views.

Clean, modern spacious rooms with all the amenities you need.

Comfy bed, great showers and amazing views. Good breakfast and free airport shuttle.

Room service menu expensive.

I would recommend to anyone and will stay again when I am back later in the year.

We stayed for 2 nights at this property and enjoyed our stay here.

Positives:

- Reasonably priced, good value for money
- Large, clean rooms
- Buffet breakfast had a great spread
- Free shuttle to / from the airport which was handy
- the Metro station is about a 3 min walk from the hotel, again very handy. It took about 15 min to get into the city.
- Free wifi at the hotel

Negatives:

- We had dinner at the bar, which was average as the restaurant was closed. Slightly pricey and not much of a selection.
- Not in the heart of the city, but that's only if I had to be really picky.

A short drive away from the airport, Crowne Plaza was one of the top few choices for me. In addition, there was a complimentary shuttle to amd from the hotel to the airport. The hotel staff were friendly and the rooms are relatively big considering that I was in Scandinavia. With Field's (Scandinavia's largest shopping mall) just 3-5 minutes walk away, we could get whatever we needed from the supermarket even on Sundays when most shops were closed by 5pm. Only downside of staying at this hotel is that we needed to catch the train to get into downtown Copenhagen - train station was a short walk from Crowne. I would return to stay at Crowne if I were to return to Copenhagen on a business trip. But if I want to be near all the local attractions, I would definitely stay un downtown Copenhagen.

A brand new hotel, decorated in the wellknown scandinavian stile. Lots of light and lots of space.
The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable.
The breakfastrestaurant is typically danish, but serves also far east food.
Easy parking and finding if you are comming by car.
Shuttlebus to the airport
Metro to downtown of copenhagen.
