“No surprises, just not exactly central”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 8, 2013 via mobile

I stayed here with my boyfriend from 4th - 7th October 2013.

The hotel itself was exactly as described and pictured on the website. Very modern, stylish, and functional. There are a lot of reviews complaining about the size of the rooms, but I think this is explained and illustrated in the web pics really well, moreover you shouldn't be in your room when there is such a stunning city outside ready to explore!

The staff were very helpful and efficient both on check in/out. Done within a matter of minutes and all bases covered very quickly and clearly, just what is needed when wanting to get to your room.

The room was very clean and tidy, with plenty of English programmes on the television if you want that whilst away. Towels were changed once whilst we were there, along wth the sachets of hair and shower gel (incase you forget yours!!)

Location wise the hotel is behind Tivoli gardens, next to the Tivoli hotel and conference centre. I suppose you can consider this to be Central Copenhagen but to get to the closest bar or shop you have a good 15 minute walk on your hands. I had no problem walking back and to on my own, but another hotel guest mentioned she didn't feel so comfortable walking through what is effectively an industrial/business centre so late at night as it is pretty much desolate come 4pm.

The hotel also has bikes for you rent which is handy... I didn't realise until getting one how relatively small Copenhagen is so I would definitely recommend this... It made it so much easier to get to everything we wanted to see.

The hotel also has a locker room downstairs for bags and cases if you need to hold your luggage, on there you can also use some irons free of charge if you need to sort your evening outfit out!!

Absolutely recommend this hotel if you don't mind the walk to get back of an evening. It certainly did the job for us and the bed was really comfortable too!!!

This hotel is located near the railway station and making it easier to manoeuvre around between cities. The location is just perfect for budget travellers. The ambience is good and always having a homely feeling after day tours and outdoor activities. The rooms are very clean, comfortable and spacious which is paramount for any traveller.

The staff are very friendly and always going out of way to help in directions and suggestions to tour around for first time visitors. Food is great and breakfast has lots of options to choose from. i would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is quite close to the main railway station and has good access via buses into the heart of the city if you don't feel like walking. It is modern and very clean. The bedrooms are small and if 2 are sharing a bed , the person sleeping closest to the wall, may have a bit of a struggle getting out of bed having to clamber over their other half!! The shower room is an integral part of the room with frosted glazed walls but NO soundproofing so you need to be on good terms! The beds are very comfortable with nice bed linen, towels etc. They are generous with soap and shampoo too unlike some luxury establishments who expect one bar of soap to last a week! The hotel was extremely quiet (we had a room on the opposite side to the railway lines) even with the window open at night. Breakfast is an eat as much as you can buffet. good value for money and good quality bread, cereals etc. The juice was pretty unpalatable but the coffee good enough to get me to the next coffee shop later on. If you want somewhere simple and don't expect to spend much time in your room, this hotel is perfect. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.

Room Tip: Try to get a room on the other side from the railway lines

Everything you need for a great price. Clean and simple. Nice breakfast with plenty of options.
Bad coffee though.

Location isn't great.....quite a walk to the station and into centre, especially if you have to do it a few times a day.

I stayed here for two nights with a few others on a business trip. The hotel is not particularly central, around 15 mins walk to the city centre. The rooms are very clean and comfortable in a very practical style. Good mattress, and spare duvet and pillow are kept in a drawer underneath the bed. Very warm too. The bathroom is in a glass type capsule within the room, not great if you're sharing, which I wasn't. Breakfast is served in a large and busy area, the typical continental stuff which is pretty standard these days. Good coffee. Check-in is business like and brisk, almost impersonal, but then this hotel is not a personal and intimate experience, so don't go here looking for that.

Room Tip: Middle to top floors have better views

Cheap and clean in a nice location. Room is small but its okay for a short stay. Bikes are avaliable for around 13 pounds per day for each which is a great option for sightseeing the city as there are bike routes everywhere.

My family of 4 visited Copenhagen and found this to be a very good option. Rooms are only for two, but we were able to get two adjoining rooms. The rooms are quite small, but that usually doesn't bother me - I don;t travel to cities to stay in the room. The beds were quite comfortable. Everything is very new, The location is also excellent.
