Description: WINE BAR AND TRATTORIA Freely translated Fondazione Italiana Alimentari Totale means complete experience. As soon as you walk through the door, you feel a sense of welcome from everyone around you. The entrance almost brings you through the kitchen where you can see the fire roar the stone pizza oven. This gives you a feel of the authentic italian cuisine with a modern touch - often you will find 'new' exiting ingredients on the menu. Our courtyard is inspired by the warm summer evenings near the mediterranian and is open all year. The wine bar is full of life. You can enjoy unique wines by the glass, small snacks and much more. Our sommerliers will pair the perfect glass with your mood.

“Potato on a pizza actually works..”
Reviewed September 28, 2012

Nice location, close to the metro station and with an outside 'room' which is covered (and was proved to be able to withstand a torrential shower). Limited vegetarian options, so went for the most obvious pizza. A little cautious about having potato on a pizza, but it does work and was tasty. Service was very friendly and very good English speaking. Drinks took a long time to arrive and they appeared to be understaffed given how busy the restaurant was.

“Good food, nice service”
Reviewed August 24, 2012

We didn't book a table in advance and was duly warned that only free table was next to the kitchen. Showed to be no problem at all. The service was great. Nice list of italian dishes, good quality. Great atmosphere. Antipasti and primi were plenty of food.

“Good food, good location”
Reviewed August 6, 2012

We were four particular Americans and the waitstaff spoke good English. They were very good in getting exactly what was asked for and the food was quite good. Pizza was so-so. Desserts were excellent.

“Nice place”
Reviewed August 4, 2012

This place is facing Kongens Nytorv and is therefore a bit pricy but you will also have a fabulous view. The food is good and the service friendly.
