We lucked into finding this gem. Stuck on the highway in a traffic jam and got out and spoke ot other stranded motorist. Needed to find a close hotel and we were directed here with no reservation. built in 1825 or so, nice rooms that were clean and small. Just what you should expect from something so old. The people were wonderful and nice to talk to. They were opening a grocery store in one part of the building. the Restaurant was very Good. Chef from world acclaimed NOMA owns hotel and restaurant. Obviously a great talent because the menu was very detailed and very good.
