You are totally in the hands of the chef, as the concept is a fixed, blind menu (you only have to choose between 5 and 12 (?) courses).
The food was varied and excellent, and there was no doubt at all, that all raw materials were fresh!
Hærværk dreams about changing the Bib Gourmand to a M-star, and maybe they try a little bit too hard to be different...
The staff was living and attentive, and the presentation of food was great!
Prices are very reasonable for a restaurant of this standard.
