“Beautiful chirtch in the mittle af Aarhus”
Reviewed September 21, 2013

If you are in Aarhus the Cathedral is definitely a place to visit. It is beautiful to walk around in it. Sometimes the tower is open so you can go up there and have a fantastic view out over the town.

“Look for the ship inside”
Reviewed June 26, 2013

This cathedral is over 800 years old and is the longest in Denmark. A ship hanging inside is about 7 ft long and may have been a model ordered by Peter the Great.

“Full of history and mistery :)”
Reviewed June 23, 2013

I loved walking around in this church. The doors were open and there were a lot of things to read about and to admire. I even saw a viking ship!

“Just nice”
Reviewed April 16, 2013 via mobile

I think the reviewer whom described Aarhus as being 'beautiful' is perhaps exaggerating Aarhus to a good extent. Aarhus is nice, but certainly not beautiful. The cathedral we have here is nice. Not naughty or outstanding like Durham or Cologne, just nice.

Danish people are really lovely and make us Australians look more arrogant and rude than we already are,so that's a plus. But Aarhus isn't anything special and Denmark is pretty flat. Copenhagen is wonderful though.
