Description: A great bar with coffee, tapas and delicious salads during the day and a great wines by the glass/cocktails at night. Be there early or start at the outside terrace and enjoy the view of the old monastery just opposite. Weekends are very busy - reservations are recommended. All kinds of people party there but expect mostly ladies in their 30s, dressed up and guys drinking in the bar. Opening hours 09-03.

My friend and I had lunch here today. It looked nice and inviting, with out door seating. Found a table in the sun and found the menu. Then it all went down hill. The waiter was inappropriately familiar and kept making jokes we weren't laughing at....my beer was nice, but the glass came from the freezer and so there was ice in my beer (?) I agree with the other reviews that the atmosphere of the bar is nice, but my steak (?) burger, fries and sauce (192kr !) was not good- it took 45 mins to arrive- by which time out sunny table was in the shade - all the out door seating was now in the shade. The fries were soggy and drenched in oil, and the burger was bland. They'd stuffed it full of small pickled onions, too . (?)
We left feeling very frustrated, as we'd looked forward to a nice relaxing meal in the sun.
Probably wont be eating there again.

Been there with my boyfriend, we paid something like 300 kroners (40 euros) for a few (mostly danish concept) tapas, thinking that we were going to skip cooking dinner.
How wrong we were.
We left the place poorer and we had to cook dinner anyway, because we were still starving when we left.
If you dont care about quality-price then you might be ok, is still a nice place to go and have a chitchat.
If you think that paying 2.5 euros for just one slice of manchego is not ok, then this is not the place for you.

The wine was good....the food was the worst I have had in Denmark, and that is based on our tasting of a salad and 5 of the tapas.. I am surprised other writers like the concept.

Place with concept!! Snik snak, chit chat idea, typewriters, posters from 60'ies... One would come here with friends after work to have a snack and maybe share a bottle of wine and chat.
Tappas is unique offering (I know one other place, but never tried) and at Snik Snak it is excelent. Fresh, simple but rich in flavor. One can choose from 8 different tappas dishes, price range from 29 to 39 danish krona or 3,9 to 5,2eur. There is not that many wines by glass, but one bottle costs round 145 krona (~ 20 eur), so for a company of four it's great :)
I will definitely be revisiting the place, and would reccomend for everyone

Came across this apperently newly opened cafe/bar right in center of Odense as it was right next to our hotel, the First Grand.

Got drawn in by a friendly looking crowd and classic nice danish furniture. Loved the classic typewriter!
The bar menu of cocktails and wine by the glass fitted the bill, so we decided to get stuck in. Ended up chatting away with the locals and several drinks later the envitable urge for something to nipple on set in... Fortunately, the great staff dished up a tasty range of tapas which disappeared as quickly as they appeared. The polenta with parmasan and chorizo saw particular high demand and made several repeat appearances.

Eventually bailed out at midnight... Feeling well intoxicated... And the party seemingly was just getting started....

Checking the receipts the following morning revealed that not only was snik snak great fun, it was also decent value

Snik Snak is well worth checking out if you happen to be in Odense
