This open air museum is really good. We went there on Easter and they had some activities as a Guide Tour about how peasants did bread and beer and some music, but I think on Summer is much more lively with more actors. The houses and farms are amazing and very instructive and you feel you are in Asterix village, despite the fact that it is about the 1700-1900s peasant life. We spend about 4 hours there. I advise you to bring food. The activities included beer, bread and soup tasting but there was no food to buy in the village; however there was a lot of picnic areas. The area near the river outside the museum is also absolutely gorgeous.
