Big and impressive hotel with large parking spaces and placed beside the seaside. Sleep was comfortable, room had enough space, clean bathroom but VERY SLOW INTERNET in the room. I'm not talking about Wifi cause you got only cable internet in rooms. WiFi is available on reception and bar - restaurant areas.Room had TV set and mini-bar. Breakfast had a good variety but that was a variety that equals to a smaller hotel standards. The food quality in the breakfast buffet definitely LOW. Spa and Wellness facility very good and a well equipped gym room promising to keep you in shape! Actually i was disappointed from room internet cause that was a business trip and if i knew this before i would not stay there. Finally location is good only if you own or rent a car to move to the city or if you want to stay on the quiet seaside near the city.

I've stayed for a week in August 2011
The advantages : very good location, by the sea. Private beach. Lifeguard at the pool. Comfortable room. Very good spa facilities. Nice terrace area to and relax. Helpful and nice staff. Private parking
The disadvantages : the disappointing quality of food. Definitely not a 5* hotel. Needs refurbishing. Far away from the city. Lack of maintenance. Overcrowded pool. Overpriced snacks and drinks. Limited food choices

First of all we have to establish that this is not a 5-star hotel. More of a 3-star room with 4-star facilities. The room was large and the bed huge. However wi-fi connection unreliable (was good in the restaurant/ breakfast area), bathroom was dated, tv-set old, room temperature uncontrollable (although not bad). I expected a duvet instead I found a blanket... I would expect this in a ship cabin but not in 5-star hotel. The views to the Thracean sea was nice and calming. The breakfast nothing special, although the mpougatses on offer was a nice touch. The reason why I may visit the hotel again is the gym and the thermal spa area. Really enjoyed the sauna and the turkish bath (usage of which is included in the price of the room). I will definitely not be eating there other than the breakfast. Ordered room service and they seem really unhappy to offer any (service). Although I went for the safest option (a pasta) I was disappointed to find ingredients that should not be there (namely a small fly...).

I checked the competition and I am staying again in Thraki Palace, for the low rates (75 euro for a double), the size of the room and the thermal spa. I will never eat there again though...

We have real good staying in these hotel, the rooms were clean, we had view to sea, the only bad think is that during our staying there was a marriage celebration, and until three in the morning we cant sleep.

If you are interested in spending some nights in Alexandroupolis, do stay here! This is the best hotel in town. The facilities are great, the pool view is simply great, with a magnificent view at the Thracian sea in front of you. Nice rooms, extremely good service! Stay here without any second thoughts!!
