First of all, I would like to compliment the hotel's services. The staff is friendly and helpful, everyone shows a positive attitude towards their guests. George and Maria are always courteous and pleasant. We booked a double room at an unbeatable rate that cannot be found elsewhere. Most of the good hotels in Spetses Island are overrated and far more expensive, offering much less than expected for their rate. However, we were pleasantly surprised with Armata Boutique Hotel. Rooms are elegant, intimate and spotlessly clean with supremely comfy big beds.

The location is terrific, in a quiet area at the centre, only two minutes walking distance from the port and just a few seconds from Bouboulina Square. Pretty much close enough to everything!! There is Free wi-fi everywhere. The swimming pool was a “magnet” during the night! What was truly amazing was also the robotic vacuum cleaner, which was scanning the swimming pool every morning!! Everybody was just starring at it!

The breakfast was a treat… It was probably one of the best meals we had in Spetses, with a wide assortment of options. If you have not got everything planned for your stay, George is on hand to offer suggestions; his restaurant/ night clubs suggestions for all the days we stayed were spot-on.

We had a wonderful time and will definitely return again. This is a genuine boutique hotel where owners and staff really care for its guests….

Armata Boutique Hotel delivers exactly what it promises. It is centrally located within easy walking distance to restaurants, cafeterias, shops and beaches. Of course, the most important feature of this hotel is the staff. They were all very welcoming and exceptionally helpful. I would have to point out the fact that the accommodation is pristine in cleanliness with the rooms having very comfortable beds. Buffet breakfast was excellent with a wide choice of selection. As other have already said, they were also good at recommending restaurants that were reasonable and offered excellent Greek cuisine. It is a very personal hotel, and I would highly recommend it.

Еxcellent hotel, had a rest with a family, everything was more than pleasant. The location can't be beat, the room we had was on the second floor facing the mountains and sea, so it was perfect…Beautiful rooms, very clean and cozy, free WI-FI, safe. The breakfast is superior, with fresh pies, excellent coffee, homemade jams, crème caramel, chocolate mousse and the list goes on and on... The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, which was very important to us as it was our first time in Spetses Island. Renting a bike or a motorbike (20euros per day) is very comfortable and wise as you can get to as many beaches as you want. In a nutshell, I was very impressed & would recommend the hotel without a doubt. Excellent value, great hotel & a wonderful stay.

OK place to stay in Spetses - although the term 'boutique hotel' is usually reserved for more luxurious establishments. Our room was a bit small and the furniture quality left a lot to be desired. The rooms with a view to the see could be better though - mine was looking at the pool.

Highlight is the breakfast with big variety and excellent homemade pancakes.

I stayed there for 2 nights and it was better than I expected. Close to Dapia, (the port) but quite, spotlessly clean, really cosy and the breakfast was fresh and with great variety. All 20 rooms have balconies, and if you are lucky you ' ll get a room with a view of the pool. Highly recommended!!

Room Tip: Ask for a room with a view of the pool

Just had 5 fantastic days here. Had never been to Spetses before and had the perfect break.
The hotel is beautiful, very conveniently placed and George and Maria made us feel very welcome.
The room was spotlessly clean, the general decor of the hotel extremely high with lots of very nice little touches. (the farewell gift of 2 bottles of Ouza a very nice parting gesture)
Can see why it is voted no 1.
We also went every day to Kaiki beach (10 min walk) 10 euros for 2 beds, umbrella, towels and bottle of water was worth every cent.
