For only 3 euros you get to stroll through the the ruins (with a gorgeous view of the Aegean as a bonus), plus admission to the archaeological museum. The history was fascinating! This is a no-brainer if you visit Aegina. This cannot be missed!

“The first museum of modern greece”
Reviewed May 11, 2013

The first museum of modern greece is situated just bellow the ancient city (kolona).
A walk among the ruins in a mediterranean aura just completes the visit.
Don't miss the sphinx in the museum.

“3 euros! Woohoo!”
Reviewed October 16, 2012

Fantastic price for an amazing tour of Greek history. It won't take all day to walk around, but it is filled with wonderful artifacts and even better views. It is also very close to the beach, so if you get hot, afterward, you can jump in the sea. It is a must see if you are visiting Aegina.

“Very interesting”
Reviewed October 11, 2012

The museum is excellent and it was great walking around such an interesting ancient site. Fortunately we finished our visit just before a large party arrived so we had the museum mainly to ourselves.
