This hotel is situated in town, and easily accessible to both restaurants, cafes, and ancient Olympia by foot. The hotel lobby and dining area are plesent and well lit with ample windows. The rooms are rather drab, and need updating. We experienced difficultly when the bathroom emited tremendous odors from a ventalaton duct located in the floor. To counter the stench, we left the bathroom light/fan running non-stop, and placed a trash can over the vent. The floor creaked with each step. The owners were pleasent, but gaining assistance from their son is no simple task. Internet was available in the rooms and work well. We received a call to remind us to check out which I thought was strange, and the hot water was turned off while we were still occupying the room, which the owners turned on following my call, so I could shower. Quite odd?

Room Tip: check rooms prior to accepting, to ensure your rooms does not have plumbing issues.

Stayed 2 nights, in a nicely appointed room w/balcony. The bathroom was also nicer & roomier than most that we stayed in during a month in Greece! Breakfast buffet was plentiful and very good, with big windows looking out. The living room area was a pleasant place to spend a little 'down' time. Parking is right outside the door, and there is an elevator to rooms. The owner & his son, both very pleasant, have both carried the torch for Olympic games. Cost at the end of September was very reasonable! Tip: Drive to the ancient site--it's a long walk 'at' the site and you will not feel like walking back!

Room Tip: I'm guessing all of the rooms are good, but ask for a large room with a balcony.

We three women loved the friendly and peaceful spirit of this hotel. There is a relaxed and spirited elegance , with a warmth brought by the Austrialian co-owner that is often missed elsewhere. Great value!

We enjoyed our stay. Room was clean and quiet and staff friendly (Aussi wife and Greek husband) Breakfast was good and it is an easy walk to the main sites. Olympia is a nice little town and we enjoyed browsing the shops and peoplewatching with a beer at the restaurants

I can not believe this is a 2 star hotel!
This was the best (though cheapest) hotel I stayed in during my 10 days trip in the peloponese.
Big, clean and quiet room. Very good breakfast. Ideally located to visit Olympia (and away from main street).

Very good for a 2-star hotel, seemed to be renovated. The rooms are basic, but clean, most of them with small balconies. The bathrooms are of different sizes, mine was very comfortable. And the water was hot! Having tea and coffee making facilities in the room was a nice bonus. The breakfast buffet was very good with many choices. Location is very good, just a short walk to the archeological sites and the "town".
We stayed for one night and would certainly stay there again.

The staff were nice enough...not as nice as in some reviews I read and at other places I visited, but still pretty good. The hotel is really pretty and clean. The beds are like bouncing boards. It feels more mainstream European than Grecian. The breakfast was good. The price was right. The church bell next door didn't ring at any hour while we were sleeping. The curtain in the bathroom wasn't big enough to cover the entire window. Not so good. Overall though, pretty good place, I just didn't get that homey feeling that I read about. But no real complaints.
