Take the 78express bus from the airport, get down at Aristotel place (here are a lot of stores for shopping), cross the plaza and make left on Egnatia bld and keep going straight until no. 41. The hotel is simple, value for money. The room was ok as size but they need to vacuum (there was dust on the floor) . The bathroom is very small. You have tv and frige, and a small balcony. There is also Wi-Fi. Haven't tried the restaurant yet, but close enough there is a shaorma place.

Bathroom was dirty and the facilities were poor.
Also our friends bathroom was dirty too.
Not a 4 star hotel.
We have stayed to 3 star hotels too far better than this hotel.
The only positive was the location. The hotel is located in the center of the city.

The only positive thing is location and breakfast was ok. Rooms are equipped with old not maintained furniture, so are the public spaces of the hotel, and bathroom is moldy that you are afraid to touch the tiles in the shower. If you are looking for a 4* hotel, you will definitely be disappointed as this could be 1-2* hotel maximum. I won't go back.

Room Tip: choose a different hotel, you can't make a mistake

Kinissi Palace is an excellent hotel. Breakfast is one of the best in Greece, our room was very big, although the bathroom was quite small. Very nice staff at the reception, excellent location, clean, very good WiFi.

Good value, the service is excellent. Breakfast is the best we had in Greece. The rooms are average, beds comfortable, shower small with only a curtain. It is easy to spray the floor when showering if not careful. Free wifi is very good, our room was across from the router on our floor. Walking distance to Aristotle Street, waterfront, nice restaurants and cafes. We had a problem in the room that was fixed immediately.

An old hotel that has been modermized with minimum cost. Low comfort. For example, the air conditionning was very noisy and not well working. Tiny bath room.
I would not recommand it. Very nice staff at the reception desk.

We stayed only one night and got a last minute discount. we found out the room was pricier then we thought. We only paid 40 euros including breakfast and was a fair deal. The rooms ware ok, kind of small but overall ok. It was an old building and the bathrooms were obviously a newer adition. They were very small, you couldn't fit two persons in there at the same time. The breakfast was perfect. We had everything we wanted and more. Also the staff was very helpful and friendly. The parking was also ok because there are a lot of parking places along the streets.
