I stayed here one night for a congress that was in the hotel. I decided to take the bus from the airport to the hotel (not a pleasant experience as it is very crowded and the stop announcements are not consistent, but for 80c I'm not going to complain). This trip allows you to absorp the dreadful economic crisis that has gripped Greece. The hotel is like an oasis after spending an hour on that bus. It is an old grand hotel that is slightly shabby around the edges, but very charming. I enjoyed staying here, but probably wouldn't come here for a holiday.

This Hotel looks great from the brochure and in many ways it is, however, the surroundings are a big let down.

The pool was a real let down as I had imagined I could while away the hours in the sun by the pool, but it turned out to be a very small, dark underground affair, not conducive to lolling around and lapping up the rays.

On the positive side, the staff are very helpful and friendly and the food great. Pretty good value all round if you don't mind having to travel by bus or taxi into the city. It is located not that far from the Inter City Bus Station, but quite a way from the Airport.

I stayed at this hotel four nights in December, 2012 and was very much pleased to experience a friendly atmosphere, very clean room and very good food. I like Greek food and I was not disappointed this time. The place location is good, there is a bus stop 50 metres away and you can easily get to the downtown any time. And a sportswear outlet is just across the street with very inviting prices! That was a nice surprise. I would stay at the hotel again. It is a bit noisy because of the traffic, and my room faced the street but did not bother me.

I stayed at this hotel during my trip to thessaloniki for a conference.
positive things were the quality of food and the friendly and helpfull staff
negative things room was small and too hot with view to next block of flats laundry
it is placed in one of the worst areas of THESSALONIKI and not so safe at nights unless you take a taxi

The hotel looks quite attractive in picture. But reality is different especially in hotel quality. The worst thing is the hotel's location: environment looks like little Cairo; far away from city center. The hotel is far from being at the right price....

I travelled for a conference at this hotel. With a price of 200 euros (price for companies) and 350 euros at the sales table, and being (self?)rated with 5 stars, I expected something very fascinating. Unfortunately the truth is quite different. Boring old rooms, tv CRT (please it is the 21st century), old furniture, curtains with holes, the bathroom small with plastic and flusher not working... Breakfast not interesting and my impression of the products was not the best. Very polite personnel though. One more thing was the burnt lights at the alarm stairs which would be dangerous at an emergency situation. Finally the very long distance from city center does not permit walk on foot. No view of anything from window. In conclusion it does not stand up to its price. Please redecorate or lower your price!

Very nice rooms & the breakfast is amazing, also the swimming pool location in the hotel is great, I enjoyed my stay in there, we didn't had to go too far from the hotel to see the most attractions at the city but only 1 time when we had to go to a beach called ( KALLITHEA ) 150km away from the hotel but it worth to go there.
