The Bristol, in the center of Thessaloniki, is a neo-classical mansion with 20 suites, complete with period antiques and Art-Deco furniture and accessories.

Everything is perfect, beginning with the incredible service at the reception desk and all over the property. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, sparkling. All have safes, refrigerators, LCD TVs and free hotel-wide WiFi.

All in all, an unforgettable experience for myself and my mother.

Room Tip: all rooms are actually suites

We stayed at the Capsis Bristol for three days in May 2011, based on a Matt Barrett review and were delighted with our visit. On arrival we were upgraded to a roomy suite, nicely furnished, quiet (we were above the bustling restaurant area square) and very comfortable. While waiting for the room to be finished we were served drinks by the day manager/waiter who was a gem. He personally took care of us during our stay and made sure we had everything we needed, including local information. We would go back to this hotel in a flash and can highly recommend it.

We stayed here, with our 6-month-old girl, and we were very pleased of our choice:

The hotel is located in the picturesque area of Ladadica, which is full of little taverns and bars, and it lies in the very heart of Thessaloniki, just a few steps from Niki's (front sea) avenue, Aristotelous square and Tsimiski's shopping area. Still, it is very quiet with a sense of "old good days" due to its atmospheric decoration and its very good sound-proofing.

Its staff has been very friendly and helpful, while our room (which was upgraded to suite) was extemely spacious, comfortable and clean. Some minor things in the room may need repair, but this does not change the general impression. The a-la-carte breakfast offers a good variety of options and everything we tried was delicious. Furthermore, breakfast was served on the ground floor restaurant just next to Ladadika square and this made it even more joyful!

Highly recommended for those looking for a quality stay in Thessaloniki.

Room Tip: Ask for a room with balcony.

Forget the typical hotels. This boutique hotel has "personality" and "style".
The staff ıs so helpful and pleasant!!
Rooms are very spacious and comfortable and the breakfast just amazing!!
What else does anyone want from a hotel?
I want to go back to Thessalonki, because of the hotel.
Congratulations to the staff, keep going.

This hotel is the definition of the most well established boutique hotel in Thessaloniki. The hotel is small but with 20 spacious rooms. It is a historic buidling in Thessaloniki dated since 1870 and it is amazing how it cobines the modern facilities with history. Excellent a la carte breakfast and amazing Argentinean restaurant. Try the famous Argentinean steaks.

There is no parking provided by the hotel. However, if you inform the reception, they will arrange eveyrhting for you. Very good personnel with high standards.

Unfortunately no pool and no gym.

Room Tip: If you come by car let the reception know about it
