Booked this hotel for a short break in Thessaloniki and found it good value for money. We had an upgrade to a suite so quite roomy, and the room was very clean with nice bed linen. The bathroom was fine but time for a new bath. A lack of drawer space needs to be addressed.
Very pleasant, helpful staff.
Good breakfast for the money.
Excellent location close to shops, restaurants, places of interest and airport bus.
Would stay here again for a short break

We stayed for 4 nights at this hotel. The location is perfect as it is at the city center, very close to the sea, restaurants, museums and bus stations. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast very good. The room was comfortable with a nice view to Tsimiski street. But, there was a lot of noise coming from the road at night. Bathroom is old. It needs renovation.
If you need a hotel just to sleep at nights, then Le Palace is a good selection. It is an inexpensive hotel with good breakfast.

We found our stay at your hotel very pleasant.
Our room (407) was comfortable and nice to be in.
The reception staff and the room service ladies were polite, friendly, helpful, and courteous at all times.
The breakfast available every morning was freshly made, plentiful, and the choice very good and the staff very helpful and friendly. I personally enjoyed the pear jam and the filter coffee very much.
All in all, we are very satisfied with our stay and we cannot think of anything to complain about. On the contrary we would recommend Le Palace hotel to anyone who might wish to visit Thessaloniki.

We stayed for 5 days and our stay was good... two negative things:
*the room was very noisy, ask for a room at the back of the road.
*the room was really warm without hitting, we had the A/C at the cool mode.
The breakfast was great and the service as well.

Room Tip: Ask for a quite room!!!!!!

Staff helpful & friendly. Room nice & clean. Cocoa Mat Mattress firm. Pillows were so dense & heavy that when I dropped one on the floor, it sounded like I'd dropped a suitcase. Elevator teeny-tiny. Couldn't walk up & down stairs to 3rd floor because of construction blocking staircase (probably very temporarily). You have to put your door key into a receptacle on the wall to make the electricity work, so when you left the room & took your key, the electricity shuts off. This made it difficult to charge up our electronic devises while out walking. SEVERAL scrumptious bakeries & eateries & shopping places in walking distance. The sea was a beautiful site. Taxi strike caused us to leave the hotel several hours early on the day of our departure so that we could be sure & make it to the airport on time.

Room Tip: Ask about alternative pillows if you don't like the heavy solid type. I found 1 softer pillow in the closet. Ask if they have quieter rooms. Our room was streetside, and people were shouting and laughing and cars honking through most of the night.
