As the other reviewer said, an OK hotel, lovely reception staff, very helpful giving info, ordering taxis etc, the lift is amazing - an old 1930 American style elevator, which was great!
The hotel itself is a boutique style one, in average condition, a bit tatty round the edges but more than adequate for the independent budget traveller. The room was ok, 3 of us had a single bed each, with tv, aircon etc, a bit of traffic noise outside - but not enought to disturb us.
Great location though, right in the mixer for the harbour front/bars etc.
Brekky was your normal traditional Greek style, cold food except for a boiled egg - quite acceptable in my opinion.
The shower was unbelievably small - i weigh 13 stone & only just fitted into this tiny plastic cubicle!
Overall 3 out of 5, as maybe it was a touch overpriced for what you got compared to other Greek hotels, maybe thats your Lonely Planet Tax!!
