Pros-

I'm A location kind of guy....
1- location. Very close to the sea and a beautiful 25 min walk to the kentro (center)/ or a 2 min taxi ride

2- bathrooms. Clean and spacious
3- wifi seems to work fine in rooms. Had some difficulty tonight in lobby but overall ok
Cons -
1- hardest bed I have ever laid on.
2- dated decor. I feel like I am in the 1970's. Kinda cool for a bit but red carpet gotta go lol.

All in all it's good place IF you get a good rate. Like I said, I think location is the most important thing. This place has it but wow are these beds hard

Stayed for one night and did not think to visit again. With the same money can find more central hotels. Old facilities, uncomfortable beds indifferent decoration. The unique strengths is the large parking in front of the hotel and the polite staff.

This is a nice hotel for its price. The hotel is clean and the room is not bad. The carpet had some stains on it. The bathroom was clean but there was something that i did not like, the bathroom curtain was placed higher than it should bit and there was a gap on between the bathroom and the curtain, so almost all of the water was going out on the floor of the bathroom. The rest of the room was good.

Apart from being in a convenient (but not the best for sure) location this hotel is...yawn!
A place to crush when in town.
Average, tired rooms with tired furniture and bed linen
Yes clean, safe and friendly but desperately needs a revamp :-)

Hotel is adequately located, right next to the promenade and there are also some nice parks and children playgrounds around. The center is 30 min. on foot and 5min with a car. Also it benefits the free parking(although the hotel has its own, `guarded`parking spaces that cost 5 eur a day if you want such thing) which is next to the hotel.
Rooms are clean and modestly comfortable. The noise from the boulevard opposite the building can be a bit of a problem but closing the windows solves the problem, the isolation is ok.

We stayed a week at this hotel while we conducted a training seminar nearby. The price fit our budget and it was within 5 minutes walking distance to our seminar. The staff are friendly and helpful. I appreciated that housekeeping followed the "green" policy of not replacing towels unless asked and changed the sheets every other day, although that was not really necessary either. The bathrooms have been updated, and yes, as other reviewers mentioned, the shower stall is small. We figured out how to prevent the shower curtain from billowing inward by sticking the bottom corners of the curtain to the walls, but leaving an open space at the top to vent. In Greece, as in many other countries, the toilet paper is not flushed but put in the waste bin. The breakfast buffet was more than adequate and the Lazy Lizard restaurant connected to the hotel has reasonable (10% discount as hotel guests) and tasty meals. My husband and I shared an order because the servings were large! The free wifi was one of the reasons we booked the hotel. The bed was too hard for my comfort.

Room Tip: Ask for a room away from the noisy elevators. We were right across from the elevators, but there was...

I've stayed there while attending a conference. The hotel is located outside of walking reach from the Aristotelos Square, although not very far away from it.
It's a bit hard to notice from the street.
It's near the sea front, but in an area where it was impossible to get to it due to some construction going on.
There's a good paid for parking lot behind the hotel. And a public parking space in front of it across the street.
There's also a taxi stand right next to the hotel.
The hotel is obviously very dated. But the rooms are clean and with the usual amenities.
Sadly there was no ironing facilities in the room, but the staff would do the ironing for you on request. I've asked for ironing a pair of pants and a shirt and it took them 1/2 hour. And this was no extra charge.
The breakfast is very decent. The hotel serves no lunch or dinner, but they'd give you a discount coupon for a restaurant nearby (and that's decent too).
There was a decent speed free wifi (unlimited devices) everywhere in the hotel (rooms included).
Unfortunately there were no outlets near the bed in my room, so make sure you carry the needed stuff to charge your laptop from afar (desk).
The air conditioning in my room was a bit noisy, but turning it on the lowest fan level made it bearable.
The noise from the air-conditioning was accompanied by some periodic buzz in the middle of the nights that I couldn't identify (lifts ?).
The lobby staff is very friendly and willing to help with all of your questions. They accept all major credit cards and are issuing readable invoices.
Overall, for the price it's a great hotel to spend a couple of days into.

Room Tip: Avoid rooms close to the elevator or external air conditioning
