This restaurant was highly recommended but was surprisingly easy to get a table on the second floor overlooking the sea. Greek music plays in the background and adds to the Thessanoliki atmosphere. This is not an old town Greek feel but rather a contemporary eatery with friendly staff.
Limited menu but the stuffed peppers, garlic bread, and mussels were fantastic. They also have a range of ouzo if you're interested in that. Few Greek beers grave the menu but all you need to do is ask and the staff will elaborate on availability. The menu is decidedly Greek and has many vegetable options to tempt the pallet.
Tourists abound bit that is to be expected when you're located by the boardwalk. The tourist trade actually helps since the staff are quite versed in English and helpful.
Prices are reasonable and the portions are just right, which means they are nowhere near American size. Overall a great meal with a fantastic view and reasonable price. Very surprised the restaurant wasn't busier, but that worked in my favour.
