We stayed here as a two night stopover on the way back from Cyprus to the UK. Unfortunately we had a bad experience with the taxi driver from the airport - we told him before we arrived at the hotel we weren't happy with the route he took but as taxi drivers all over the world will do he shrugged his shoulders & said hard look. As we got out of the taxi the doormen at the hotel picked up we were not happy and asked how much we'd paid for the transfer, they said the amount was unreasonable took the receipt & immediately phoned the taxi company - we went out for the evening & returned to a message in our room with a refund from the taxi firm. I feel many hotels would just shrug their shoulders but they went out of their way to ensure the taxi firm refunded the over payment. This is just an example of their service they were very helpful throughout our stay & I can't fault anything
