This hotel was absolutely stunning! I never seen a pool that over looks the ocean ! You as if you are in paradise! The staff was very friendly and george the owner was very helpful and accomadting ! He picked us up from the bus station and drove us back when we left! I have no complaints and would Reccommend this hotel to anyone who wants a perfect vacation. And very convenient as well.

returned yesterday from a week's stay at the Country Inn which we were lucky to book three weeks ago having read so many positive reviews. Our stay was fantastic. As everyone says the staff are friendly, helpful and make you feel so welcome. On our first day I offered to help George carry in some deliveries but he reminded me that I was on vacation and was there to relax -his job was to ensure that we did just that!

Kalithea itself is a bit too touristy but turn right out of the hotel and in 20-25mins walk you are in a little Greek gem of a village - Athitos. We ate there most evenings - pepper and tomato was our favorite taverna. Again friendly staff and excellent value for money (including the free ouzo after the meal!). The beach at Athitos was also good and my wife Jaq had several cappuccinos served by a Peter Andre lookalike! However should you wish not to stray from the Country Inn ( and many didn't) then the food and service there is also good as are the cocktails!

All in all a wonderful relaxing stay -thank you George and the team for making it so -we will be back!

Room Tip: the rooms facing the sea are cooler and given the hot temperatures in July well worth asking for.

We have just returned from a two week stay at the Country Inn Hotel and I would recommend this hotel highly.
It's was run so well by a marvellous team of people who were always cheerful and more than happy to help and make your stay perfect . George the owner is most helpful and always on hand should you need him. Good bar food good service rooms are immaculate cleaned daily , sheets and towels changed daily and the whole complex is well kept. Kalithea itself was not for us far to busy and commercial , personally I wish we could take the Country Inn out of Kalithea and put it somewhere more peaceful and less touristy but nothing should take away the recognition of George and his team and all the hard work they put in to make the Country Inn Hotel a lovely place to stay.

We had a truly amazing holiday staying in the Country Inn Hotel. The staff are so friendly and helpful, but most of all the hotel and scenery really does look like the photo's. It's absolutely beautiful. The Country Inn salads are a must and big enough for two people to share and be full.

Admittedly Kalithea is not that good, it's loud, neon lights and more expensive, however just a 20 minute walk away is a village called Afitos which is very Greek, traditional, cheaper and very pretty.

We would 100% recommend this hotel. It does what it says on the label, Small & Friendly x

Room Tip: If possible ask for a sea view room, you look right over the ocean and it's beautiful.

I cannot believe that this last trip was the fifth time we have stayed at the Country Inn. It becomes more amazing each time. We had the same room we had asked for and we were met by George and his team like old friends. Nothing is too much trouble. This year there was a Continental feel to the place as some of our fellow guests were Greek and my next door neighbour was Romanian
neither of us could speak each others language apart from a few words, but every breakfast was met with mornings and a hand shake what more do you need. There were several returnees to the place and all with the same reasons. A great place helpful staff just the right mix to recharge the batteries. In the immortal words of Anold Swartzenegger I,ll be back!!!!
Xena in Afitos is a must see.

Room Tip: A sea aspect may be cooler.
