What’s more enjoyable of this lovely place is the full immersion with Mediterranean nature, here so wild and authentic.
Villa Hannah is in a complex of vacation villas built in the full respect of nature and landscape, so different from many real estate speculations that have already unfortunately spoiled other places in the Greek island of Zakynthos. Materials, finishes, size, proportions and colors completely match with surrounding environment, without imposing themselves on it.
However, Villa is spacious, comfortable and rationally organized inside.
Built on a strong slope falling into blue sea and covered by olives trees the villa is cubic shaped, three stories exploiting the drop and natural bottomland in place, wide inside but uneasy to notice from above which is good.
6 rooms, 3 bathrooms, a large living room plus open kitchen and, last but not least terrace, balcony and courtyard with swimming pool. From all of them, landscape is just simply great, daytime and nighttime too, with the possibility of contemplating the stars thank to the lack of unfortunately elsewhere so common abuse of night lighting. If we’re on vacation in a far Mediterranean island there’s no need to light it up such as it was NYC’s 5th Ave, isn’t it?
Apartment is well equipped, services and plants are working without particular problems which is absolutely not the norm in Greece.
In any case Tim, the owner, a dutiful guy from UK which spends half of his life in Zakynthos and also run a local pub, has been very helpful for all our needs, definitively not so many as everything was working fine.
Price is ok and worth what’s offered.
Due to all these facts, I surely recommend Villa Hannah to other travelers.
