Where do we start... in Mykonos we stayed at the Mykonian Ambassador for as many as 7 days and did not meet a rep at all. We did not know what was going on with our tickets that we had payed for prior. The hotel was trying to ring TUI everyday and they came up with a different excuse each day or kept passing them to a different operator or were closed. All we needed to know is when they were going to drop the tickets off for us. The night before we were departing Mykonos we received the tickets. The following morning TUI could not give us an answer if we were departing due to the high winds. They said that the sea jet was arriving so we were transferred to the port however once we arrived at the port we were told the sea jet was not departing all in approx 10 mins. We weren't given any alternatives on how to get to our next destination, and had to wait at the port for 6 hours for the next available blue star ferrie. To sum it up TUI's communication was shocking in Mykonos and we won't be using them again in Mykonos!
In Paros we met the rep, she explained everything, met us at the port explained what we had to do and where we had to be and at what time. She also informed us of an alternative option incase of high winds again which was great.
