This village is quite a surprise, it has quite a few beaches scattered around which are quite busy but very beautiful, the water is spectacularly clear. The marina is not huge but big enough to leave an impression. When in the north of Corfu and warrants a day trip.

Kassiopi is only 30 minutes away from sidari.
A great day out with a lovely walk around the walls. You can go on the beach or around the beautiful harbour. We ate sea bass at the old school house which was great. Suggest you sit on the seats at the harbour and look at Albania which is about 2km away or just look at the wonderful views and people watch and let time go by.

Lovely bay on the north east corner of Corfu. Visited briefly, and is a delight. Lots of lovely looking tavernas and shops.

We caught the Green Bus from Barbati to Kassiopi. A picturesque fishing village that caters for holidaymakers with numerous cafes and restaurants, gift shops and photo opportunities! Well worth the scenic bus ride which passes the house owned by the Durrell family in the TV drama of the same name.

Kassiopi is a lovely little town in North East Corfu. It also has several little crystal clear water coves, bays and beaches. There are a few bars, restaurants and plenty of shops to enjoy. There is also the castle though it's a bit run down. All in all a very nice resort.

We have visited Kassiopi, Kerasa etc several times over the last 15 years. This time stood out for some not so good reasons. The amount of overflowing rubbish on the roads from Corfu to Kassiopi has markedly increased. It feels like the local authorities have no money to collect old, stale, rubbish. It’s really bad.

Kassiopi itself has some good restaurants selling pretty much the same thing in each of them. The town is starting to feel tacky imo.

St Stephanos is nicer but I got fed up of the boat hire people asking for cash only. Other services seem to do the same - maybe the lack of money to collect rubbish and payment in cash are linked?

Kerasa has a nice restaurant on the beach.

We had our first visit to Kassiopi in May 2001 and fell in love with the people and place. We are on our 6 visit. This is our 4th stay at the Solaris apartments it always feels like we have come home, everyone are so friendly.

This is our second time to Kassiopi and maybe our last.

The rubbish outside the town is piled up in lay-bys and rats and flies are everywhere.
The way into St Stefanos is plied high with rubbish.
Sidari is full of rubbish all along the streets.

So you have a health hazard, especial;;y for young children.

Corfu was very beautiful and its a great shame its in this state.

They say they are clearing the rubbish, but in the last two years I have not noticed it.

Glad we did not stay here it was far too touristy in favour of the UK. The bars and restaurants are run by the English and did not feel at all like we were away. Pleased to take bus back to Kanoni
