Nicely located next to the village center and two beaches. Basic hotel with no 24/7 reception services. Clean rooms and perimeter. No swimming pool, but because of the beaches nearby - no probs. Hotel personnel, except the gleaning lady, seemed little "worn out" maybe because the season has been long. Rooms which are located on the road side are noisy until late night because of the traffic and people wandering around (take ear plugs if you want to sleep early); maybe a problem with small children. But all in all - the location is superb.

Room Tip: Rooms facing the street (Agiou Athanassiou) are noisy.

In July we stayed at the RosaNea for the second time, and are glad we did. The hotel is in a great location – only 1 minute from the town beach and 3 minutes from the harbor – and there are good supermarkets, bakeries, and restaurants close by. There's also a small parking lot, but beware of double parking!
The hotel is basic – there’s no bar or swimming pool, and the studios and apartments are simply furnished. However, it’s very clean, and the staff are friendly and accomodating. A problem with our air-conditioning unit was dealt with swiftly.
To our delight we were assigned the same apartment as the first time, at the back of the 1st floor with a balcony facing an olive grove on a hill. Very peaceful if you don’t mind the crickets! Some of the studios and apartments have been refurbished – ours wasn’t, but it didn’t bother us.
The apartment consisted of a combined living room/kitchen and a separate bedroom. In the main room there’s a single bed and a small dining table with three chairs. There’s also room for a child’s bed, and ample closet space with a safety box. The small wall-mounted TV has satellite channels, but unfortunately nothing in English as there was the last time.
The kitchenette is very small and a bit lacking – for example, there aren’t any breakfast plates, just dinner plates, and no electric kettle - but we appreciated the cafetiere. The bathroom is nice and airy, with very good water pressure and plenty of hot water except in the late evening. The bedroom has two wide single beds pushed together with firm but comfortable mattresses, nightstands, and a dressing table and chair. The air conditioning is very effective, if a bit loud.
The RosaNea isn’t perfect, but due to its location, cleanliness, and the friendliness of its staff we consider it to be above average, and we’d certainly stay there again.

Room Tip: Vi valde ett rum utan havsutsikt, fördelen är att man kommer undan från solen när man legat på stranden hela dagen.
