We had a great holiday. Excellent hotel. Lovely family who are all very welcoming. We are returning for a week in September and we've already booked again for next year. Highly recommended. Anne and Stuart Corden

We would recommend this hotel to anyone. Great views, always clean, good restaurant. Perfect pool area with free towels available. The bbq at the Greek night has a wide variety of choices. The beach is a short walk away with reasonably priced water sports available.

Back again - this time in mid summer. The only previous criticisms (not necessarily by us) were of room quality and sun lounger quality. In the last 6 months they have completely renovated the pool area with new expensive floor tiles throughout - new sunbeds - new decorative water fountain (if they can keep the kids out - I blame the parents!), pool side shower facilities and more . The rooms have also had renovations although they were always okay for me. The end result of all this is a truly majestic setting and experience . You literally could not expect any more. All the usual mod cons - TV - air conditioning - wonderful balconies and views - great security. I stress how comfortable the beds and pillows are.
The brothers are attentive , thoughtful, interested and interesting but not obsequiously in your face. They know they have a good product and they do not have to become life long friends with you but are professional and will do whatever it takes to ensure your time with them is as good as it can be. Their wives also take on responsibilities in the bar and kitchen areas and contribute significantly to the various entertainment provided - the highlight of which was certainly the Greek night - the flame haired wife of Christos leading the throng of would be Anthony Quinn's and Helen dispensing huge dollops of good will. All the staff are massively helpful and charming (Alex and Blondie and the incredible workhorse 2 steps at a time pool cleaner, furniture remover, bag carrier and overall good egg - sorry I do not know his name but let's just call him Samson) - as well as the cleaners and kitchen staff. Also if there could be more the restaurant is superb, although we only eat there a couple of times because the town has so much to offer.
The only aspect of the hotel which might be a problem for people is if you have poor mobility - Our apartment required climbing 53 stairs but we knew that when we specifically asked for one of those apartments. If you have poor mobility you will probably not enjoy all the delights Parga has to offer. The Voltos Beach Hotel is right on top of the Voltos beach which is a truly stunning beach with easy water access, safe swimming, hundreds of sun beds and it is set in a bay which is probably close to 1/2 a mile in length. Although the walk into town is an up and a downer (15 minutes) which could be quite challenging if you are not that sort of person but you can still get the water taxi for 2 Euros which is a great experience in itself. I also hired a cycle locally which I was able to keep safely at the hotel.
So in conclusion it is simply a wonderful place - and if you like to work for your pleasure the swimming, walking and extent of the resort helps you burn those calories which you will undoubtedly accumulate. Thank you - We will return.

Room Tip: Look on the website and make sure you know what you are getting but I suspect all the rooms are grea...

What a lovely hotel and resort. It was our first time at Parga and we were impressed with the hotel and ALL the staff, its clean and friendly and welcoming. There are quiet a few steps to negotiate as there is no lift but it didn't spoil the holiday. The food was excellent with a great choice for breakfast and a good menu for the evening. They have a greek night once a week and me personally hated it, it was too loud and the singer sounded like the worse karaoke singer in Greece. Parga town was great ,lively and bustling. You have choices to get from hotel to town a ferry(2 euros) per person, taxi(4euros) or you can walk(about 30mins hotel to harbour). There was a few excursions available we visited Ali Pashas castle by train and a boat trip to Paxos and Anti paxos both were excellent and a good price. This was a good holiday hotel and resort and we would certainly return again.

Room Tip: We were in room 119 and it was a bit like being in a cave.

We had not been to Parga before and we weren't sure what to expect . We were thrilled. The hotel is family run and all the family are present at various times of the day. Mama and Papa are so hard working everyone is so friendly. The apartment was spacious and spotless. Once we got used to the usual need in Greece to put paper in the bin and not in the loo.....we loved it all. The towels were changed every other day, the sheets every three days. The cleaners came in daily. The pool side and reception had been renovated and towels were provided. We had B&B and breakfast was plentiful whenever you arrived. The Greek and Latin evenings were great fun and the food was high quality. We ate there 3 times and the menu is extensive but Parga has so many restaurants it out be foolish not to sample them as the quality of food and the prices are of great value. The hotel is just across the beach for Beach lovers and if you hire a car or go by water taxi many other places are opened up for you. We loved this hotel and we loved Parga

Room Tip: If you aren't fit choose a room on the lower floors as there are lots of steps.

We stayed at Valtos Beach in June 2013 for a week. The service was excellent, and the staff was friendly and attentive. Even though we booked a package holiday, we were positively surprised that the hotel doesn't have a mass-tourism feel. There is a beautiful garden with sea view in the pool area. A good place to spend a day relaxing under the olive trees if you don't want to sit on the beach, which is about 50m away.

Room Tip: Our room, in the lowest price category, was very small. This was sufficient for our needs since we d...
