This place has a terrace, opposite the restaurant set above the street up a flight of steps- great spot for people watching. Staff are lovely and happy to chat. Food good, offers traditional cuisine and also a selection of other dishes, which is a nice change.Great quality, feels a bit "posher" than some places, without being stuffy, not massive portions but enough and has a relaxed feel.

We had high hopes for our meal at Toros after seeing photos of the desserts on this site. The service was pleasant. We were disappointed not to be able to order 1/2 kilo or 1/2 bottle of wine. It was by glass or bottle so we ordered a bottle. We were pleased that we were given a large bottle of water. We hadn't realised until the bill came that we were being charged €1.80 for it. I know it's not a lot but we felt taken advantage of. You can get six bottles for that price in the supermarket and when you are paying €50 for a meal it wouldn't hurt them to give you the water. It only cost them 30 cents. Every table got a bottle without asking.
We had a free little starter of olives, peppers and tomato salsa which was nice. I had oven baked sea bream and my husband had sirloin. The carrots and courgettes were cooked al dente and enjoyable. New potatoes were good but we only got 3 small pieces each - not good.
We were looking forward to the dessert menu but there were only 3 items. I had lemon cheesecake and hubby had apple cake with ice-cream. We had a free shot of mastiki.
I know it was our choice to order a full bottle of wine but we felt that what we got was not good enough for the extra €20 - €25 it cost us compared to other tavernas and the water bottle incident capped it!

Thank you for visiting us on your holiday in Parga, we have made note of your comments and strive to improve. With regard to ordering wine, our price for wine by the glass is directly related to the price of a bottle of house wine. I will ask all our serving staff to mention this in the future in case others also want a half bottle of wine and to avoid any extra expense.

had great expectations for this restaurant, was quite disappointed. service was good, atmosphere was pleasant but for a restaurant that boasts of really good steaks it couldn't get a basic burger right. food wasn't very special and there wasn't much in the way of presentation, even down to small things such as no butter provided with the bread. The meatball starter was overcooked and burnt and the chicken dish with smoked cheese was more like chicken in very mild tomato sauce, quite bland. sorry but when you're competing with restaurants like 5senses you need to be upping your game.
