This restaurant has been around from the 1970's and handed down from father to sons.Very busy during the high season since this is a popular village to visit. For some strange reason a lot of tourists believe Heronnisos is the only place to get fresh fish. Not true! The place has gotten to be so popular and congested in July and August that I have actually witnessed fist fights between competing customers in order to secure a table at any of the two tavernas there. But all these brawls end up in vain since the offerings at both tavernas are horrendous in quality and service. The grilled fish we got were half raw while the portions of the salads and starters were minimal and the prices sky high for what was offered.Service was least to say amateurish, sloppy and crude and cleanliness in general seemed to be their last priority and concern.
Visit this quaint and scenic little village but eat somewhere else!
