“Wonderful villa, incredible views and perfect location, amazing island”
Reviewed July 7, 2016 for a stay in June 2016

The villa is perfect, its extremely well equipped, wonderfully located in the town of Ioulis with spectacular views and close proximity to restaurants, shops and hiking trails, especially the famous lion. Tina the owner was incredibly helpful prior to and during our stay. We never wanted to leave! We hiked on trails all over the island, they are expansive and well maintained. The trail to the ruins of Karthaia is a must. The deck of the villa was the perfect place to sit in the evenings and watch the panoramic view of the island and the surrounding sea. Everything in the villa is as we anticipated, cooking facilities were fabulous although we mostly preferred to go out to the different restaurants (especially Rolando's!) each evening for the fabulous food. We stayed a week which was hardly enough time to explore all the various hiking trails and wonderful beaches. We found that having a car was useful to get to various areas and beaches easily and that staying in the town and being able to walk up and down the charming stairs in the town was best for evenings. Thank you Tina for a delightful stay and for welcoming our daughter Kéa to her namesake island. It was an unforgettable and idyllic visit. We will be back!!
