Amorgos chora is cosy and fun in the evening hours with life music in the small streets and lots of youth. The shops are open every day till late in the evening.
As for restaurants Liotrivi has most certainly been a positive surprise for us.
We entered the restaurant and would like to sit on the first floor to have a nice overview on the mountains and windmills. There was nobody in the restaurant at 19h, so we thought, were have we landed this time. The host, an older man, was very friendly and helpfull. I chose the islands special "exochico", lambstew with vegetables and pasta in the oven. It was delicious. If you ever come to Amorgos chora, take the "exochico" in Liotrivi, you won't be disappointed. We even got a desert on the house. Very positive experience. Take a pulover with you, cause in the evening hours it can get a little chilly outside.
