A highly recommended villa with everything you need. Warm welcome and great service by Lina & team... really appreciated. Facility is awesome and in great condition, kitchen fully equipped and the whole property offers plenty of space and cosy spots everywhere. We - a group of 11- really enjoyed it, especially the pool. The pictures in all the collaterals are real. Location is close enough to the city but also quite. Car required though. Good value for the money. Thanks for everything.
We had a fantastic time and the week wasn't long enough. Nobody wanted to go home. The whole family (8 adults and 4 small children) felt at home from the first minute. Lina and her team were great and fulfilled all our wishes. You couldn't ask for more. The villa was exactly as described on the website with no disappointments. Just one thing - the mosquito nets on the doors and windows were not up to scratch and certainly need to be replaced. But all on all it was a most memorable holiday. The pool is great and the kids were occupied there or using the playground from morning to evening.
I'm sure we'll be back soon. Thanks Lina and team. Take care and all the best.
We had a lovely family holiday here in September. Lina was absolutely lovely and very attentive. She cooked a magnificent meal for us all for less than €20 a head and when we used the BBQ they cleaned it and replaced the charcoal for the next event. The pool was a bit cool but very welcome after lying in the sun. Close to the town and near a lovely bakery the had fresh bread and croissant and baclava. Excellent value.
A great two weeks staying here with 3 families with children ranging from 8 to 19. There are two villas and we stayed in the one that was a little smaller but was still big enough for us to all have some space as well as be together. Attentive service from Lina, the manager who popped by everyday to say hi and check we were ok. You will need a car to visit Rethymno as although it is walkable, the roads are too dangerous, taxis are only 8 euros back from town though. Brilliant bakery two minutes away that does lovely coffee, breads, pastries and biscuits. Lovely view in the evening down to the town. All in all a lovely place.
Villa Adriani, Knossos Village Estate, June 26th – July 4th 2016. The sales promoting photos and information are true. The facilities made us positively surprised on arrival and kept us in that pleasant mood for 9 days. Our family group included three generations with 5 kids and 7 adults. The Villa facilities made it easy for 12 people to meet in spacious common areas at both floors and outside by the grill, at the fantastic pool and in the exciting and well equipped garden where we had our daily “competitions”. The private areas gave privacy when needed. The Villa is big enough to, at the same time, cover needs for a nap and cheering the competitors in the pool.
The children, age 5 to 13, found it obviously senseless to leave the Knossos Villa facilities at all. A swim in the sea or shopping in the Old Town couldn’t compete with the pool and the playground. The personnel, fronted by Lina and her husband, deserves 5 stars for making us feel welcome to Crete and keeping the facilities tidy and clean all through our stay.
If you read this,- I’ll recommend that you ask Lina and her husband to make you a Greek Barbeque evening. You will not be disappointed.

Perfect holiday accommodation for our large party of 10 friends and 6 small children. Had such a great time. Fab pool, playground and villa. We were really well looked after. Highly recommend the cooked meal too.
