This is a tavern very popular for locals due to the very good prices and great variety of food, mostly traditional receipes.
Service is fast.
I have eaten many times and never had any complaint.

Went for a family birthday outing and everyone couldn't be happier. The service was great and very quick taking into account it was completely full, the food was cooked very well and the prices were extremely good. Overall one of the best restaurants around the area.

...that's how good it is. It's not a cutesy little Instagrammable place but an old-fashioned road-side taverna that can seat two or three hundred people and where Greeks go for family celebrations. There's ample parking outside.
The menu is extensive. Some of the dishes are shown in a hot display cabinet and the staff are very happy to explain them to you. We would have never ordered them otherwise because we are usually drawn to staples.
Memorable and delicious surprises were a braised beef dish with whole onions, filled aubergines, pale meat balls in an egg & lemon sauce, tomato and feta cheese stuffed and rolled up chicken in a mustard sauce, and of course the souvlaki.
If you ask they do half dishes which are the perfect size for sampling various things.
Due to the mild temperatures the windows were still open at night so there were a few mosquitoes inside.

Cheap prices and dishes are home style cooking. Staff seemed little lazy to serve and I tried to get more to drink for 15 minutes, even tho there wasn't so crowded at that time. Apparently locals took take away a lot from here.
