Very clean and great rooms. Maids came in daily and towels changed twice a week. A little shop that's sells basic items, limited choice of alcohol, cigarettes, sun creams and gifts. It's quite pricey, so buy all essentials before you go. We went all inclusive and was very disappointed. Although the food was of high standard, you had to have what was on the menu. Manos would however order something different for you if you couldn't eat what was available. Breakfast was the same daily. Yogurt, fruits, pancakes, cereals, eggs, bacon and little sausages. Lunch was limited to chicken nuggets & chips, burger & chips, tuna salad, chicken salad or ham and cheese toasties. The only drinks you could have were lemonade, coke, juice, brandy, wine, larger and ouzo. Vodka, gin etc was not included in all inclusive so we bought a bottle from the shop. This cost €25.90 for 70cl of Smirnoff.
The pool area is stunning and always sunbeds available throughout the day. Thereis no night entertainment, just music in the background and football always on tv. The beach is large pebbles and only 5 minutes walk away and is quite quiet but beautiful.
All the staff are helpful and friendly and this holiday is suitable for anyone looking for a quiet relaxing holiday. I wouldn't recommended all inclusive as the choice is very limited, but the complex is small, friendly and very well maintained

We had a ground floor apartment with large balcony, very clean could not fault it, it was cleaned everyday. Hotel complex is situated just outside of a bustling town but I believe there was a regular bus. We hired cars from just down the road and visited a lot of the island. Food was excellent in the restaurant and the staff will accommodate however they can. The F1 was on when we were there, they found it and put it on for us in the restaurant area, fantastic. Breakfast is very continental but just what is needed in hot weather, not too heavy! Pool area was always clean and tidy.
There are a few steps in the hotel, there are not steep but if you have mobility issues this may cause a nuisance but I am sure the staff would accommodate as much as possible.
Would definitely return to this hotel and to Crete itself, lovely holiday thank you

Stayed at the Futura Apartments at the end of June and could not fault the stay.

We went on a self-catering basis; apartments were clean and a good size - typical Greek. We upgraded to a balcony apartment (inexpensive). No views as we had an inward facing but still nice. The complex in like a little village, all the apartments on top of each other so it had a nice enclosed feel.

Pool area was beautiful, always quiet and always able to get a sunbed. Good size pool with a diving board.

Food in the Hotel was excellent. We only ate from the snack menu but quality was always outstanding. On a par price wise with other places we ate, although drinks were a little more expensive.

The Hotel is on a fairly main road and it may seem like there is nothing around when you arrive; but a short walk (approx. 5 mins) will take you down to the beach area where there is a handful of bars / restaurants (no loads - around 10) all serving similar food and average prices but again lovely and peaceful.

If you are looking for something a little more lively, Plantanias is a 5 minutes bus ride away (bus cost €1.60 & stop outside Hotel) where there are loads of bars / restaurants / clubs etc. The resort is popular with Scandinavians who are polite and unnervingly attractive race of people! Buses run until 11pm after that a taxi back will cost you €8-10.

Chania Town & Harbour is also very worth a visit – 20 mins on the bus at a cost of €2.40.

Hired a car for a few days - best price for three days was €90. There are some stunning beaches around - staff at the Futura can advise you on where to go and it is easy to get around.

In summary - lovely apartments, excellent service, beautiful area & good value.

Stayed here last month and couldn't fault the apartments. They are very clean and a good size.
We had a large sitting room/kitchen with balcony, large bedroom (2 single beds) and bathroom.
The water was always warm for showers.
The cleaning staff were helpful and put together a double bed for us.
We were near the bar but did not hear any noise from it.
We went SC, ate in the restuarant one night and thought it was a bit expensive compared to other places nearby but tatsy.
Pool was not heated but pleasant. It has a proper diving board and is the first one I've been to that gets really deep.
Overall would stay again.
Handy location for buses into Chania. Also off street parking as well.
