We arrived at the hotel 2/8/18 at 2am - 9/8/18.

On arrival our check in was smooth and a very pleasant experience! Not only was the check in quick and personal but we were lead to the restaurant (which was obviously closed) to a delicious plate of pre made Greek salad and breads..something I haven’t experienced even in 5 star hotels-so the beginning of our holiday was certainly off to a good start.

Food-very traditional, delicious, and plenty of variety.

Cleanliness...outstanding!! Room 205, public areas, restaurant..all immaculate!!

Staff...above and beyond the call of duty, extremely personal, polite and caring! A special thanks to Maria at breakfast who always took the time to greet us and even have a laugh with us, also Giannis who made our evening experience fun, enjoyable and full of helpful knowledge for the next days adventure of Crete. The receptionist Marilena was a warm, friendly person who helped arrange a late check out and an upgraded sea view room at a very responsible price! Nothing was to much for the three of them!

We would return in a heart beat! Overall experience was fantastic!

Air conditioning...works perfectly even in 36 degrees!!!

Room...205. Beautiful! Stunning view, spacious, clean, fresh bottled water supplied ever day, comfy beds, towels replaced every day also.

A huge thanks to all at the hotel for making our child free week an amazing one!! And can we come back tomorrow????!!!!

A really nice hotel for being three stars. Good breakfast, nicely sized room (I got two rooms even), ok staff, wonderful view, central location. Only con are the rock solid beds (all Greek hotels have them though in my opinion) and I haven't really experienced the pleasant staff that others have written about (they are rather grumpy so far at least although professional. Simply put it was good value for the money.

Me, my wife and our Two kids (9 and 4) stayed at this hotel for 1 week. We where very happy with our stay. The staff was great and very polite! The breakfast was nice. Cleaning was perfect and they even filled up your fridge with bottles of fresh water daily. It was always people in the reception if you had any problems/Questions. The ocean is right outside and the beach is aproximately 5 min Walk from the hotel and very easy to find!

Special thanks to the wonderful sisters who did the cleaning and breakfast they where both very kind and warm hearted people!

I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

We spent eight days is this nice hotel. The Cretan breakfast was perfect, we loved it! The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is very close to the port and good restaurants. It was a great holiday with Astron.

Not a real traditional greek hotel but this is a small business hotel very well located. Easy parking around the hotel and easy access to the city beach and to restaurants and bar. Good and convenient choice if you decide to spend few days in Ierapetra for visiting Chrissi Island and the beaches in the area! Rooms are pretty clean and the breakfast is good.
