I happened upon this delicious, delightful "patisserie" when in Chania, Crete after a trip to Paris. To see beautiful crispy mini-croisssants on Crete after 2 months there was a surprise and a delight! AND ... they are superb to eat. The handsome loveable Constantinis who studied pastry-making and is still experimenting with wonderful new ideas -- is not only adorable, he is charming -- and generous to a fault! Knowing I was bringing a gift to a friend he refused to let me walk away without gifting me with FABULOUS presents on him including a mouth-watering rosemary shortbread and chocolate "sables" rivaling the best in Paris!!! THANK YOU -- ef charisto -- Constantinis! Everybody loved the goodies!!!
