My boyfriend and I stayed here for 3 nights during October this year. We absolutely loved it - our room was gorgeous and had all the little extras you would hope for in a boutique hotel, there was a lovely roof terrace and our own balcony, plus we were only moments from the beautiful harbour and a hundred lovely restaurants. Despite this, it was also lovely and quiet in its charming side street. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful, but best of all, the staff were incredibly friendly and kind - it really made our stay. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and really recommend it.

We spent the last 3 mights of our honeymoon here and it truly is exactly as it is shown on its website pictures. There has been nothing left undone and exceptional attention to detail by the owner whoe is on site all the time and full of excellent recommendations. We had a room on the top floor with the sleeping area on a mezzanine, the room was beautiful but no lift up to it. This was it a problem as the bags were left to our room for us but worth noting no lift. Unfortunately the air conditioning was no strong enough in our room to cool it and this led o a very uncomfortable sleep each night, however this would not stop us returning as it is easily rectified and we had another family couple with us whose room was perfect with their ac unit. It is located Right in the centre of old chania and walking to everywhere on pedestrian cobbled streets. Be warned though, get directions to the hotel, our taxi dropped us off with a 15 min walk with bags however our other couple were dropped off with less than a minutes stroll! Chania is def a location for no more than a few nights but this is for sure the place to stay!

Room Tip: Any room bar the topfloorr and that is only due to weak air conditioning. If ac improved then all ro...

Fatma is a very nice boutique hotel in the heart of Chania old town. We loved the design of the room. Breakfast is excellent with fresh orange juice and great coffe. Marianna was very welcoming. We had the Yildiz room with our private balcony on the roof. We fell in love with this hotel.

With only six rooms this hotel seems more like a home away from home. Marianna was great in arranging everything we needed - from restaurant tips, sights to visit. A lovely breakfast spread is provided with local products featuring. We had a very early morning flight on checkout and even that was not an issue with breakfast being sent to our room the night before and Manolis at 5.15 to help with our luggage down 2 flights of stairs and taxis at the ready to take us to the airport. We self catered lunch up on the roof garden which is lovely little spot a few days during our stay. Our only gripe is that the air con in our room wasn't functioning to full capacity however luckily it wasn't that hot and the ceiling fan was sufficient.

Room Tip: We stayed in the double storey suite which has the bedroom on a mezzanine level so if you don't...

This hotel was fantastic. The service was beyond words. We had to leave for our next flight at 5.10am and they arranged breakfast from night before, taxi and helped with our luggage. Nothing was a problem for Marianna and her staff!! Brilliant!!

We stayed at this hotel for eight nights in September 2013 and loved everything about it. Marianna welcomed us very warmly and was very attentive to our needs throughout our stay. Our room, Sybel, was lovely and meticulous, and also very quiet at night, with a nice comfortable bed. The breakfast was perfect, with fresh orange juice every morning. I would highly recommend this hotel and will go nowhere else the next time I visit Chania. It is also perfectly located, at a walking distance to everything! I think this hotel deserves a 10+!

We stayed at Fatma in september 2013 and had an amazing stay. The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the old town. There are only 6 rooms (perfect for a quite and relaxing stay) decorated with a lot of taste. The service of the owner is just great and quite rare for a Greek hotel. Free wifi and very good breakfast are also to be noticed. Bit pricey but really worth the money. To make it short : one of The best address in town !! To be discovered...
