Although we are not at all vegetarians, we decided to visit To Stachi, being interested in Cretan cuisine. That was a good choice.
The restaurant is unique thanks to his owner. It is not only about eating, it is about meeting others. He welcomed us, described the dishes and their origin and also told about his experiences. It was impressing. Thank you!
The food was good and fresh. I loved the taste of Greek salad which reminded me the taste of vegetables from my grandma's garden years ago.
You can understand that in this case slow food is not a fashionable level but the owner's own philosophy.
