Following advice from TA, i took my familiy here for a quiet dinner. Expectations were met with excellent food and service. The view could have been better than a parking lot, but in my opinion this was a minor detail.

We went here on the last night of our holiday, otherwise we definitely would have gone back. The waiter was endlessly patient while we studied the menu. There was a large party inside the restaurant but that didn't delay service. We were brought bread and olives etc to munch on while we waited, and the food was delicious and freshly cooked. Half a litre of local wine was 3 euros! This restaurant is in a quiet street right at the end of the harbour and next to a large car park. It is only open in the evenings.

We returned to this place in early May to find it open and, we heard, planning to be open for the Summer. This must be good news for both locals and visitors who want a change from tourist fare. It was certainly on form the night we visited - we enjoyed good local wine, lovely sourdough bread they bake themselves served with local butter and sea salt, excellent meat dishes including goat stew, traditional vegetable dishes cooked with care and really good salads. We got served a sinful sugary 'sweet' with the raki at the end. We went with quite a large party which they accommodated with skill. Some staff speak English and the service is easy and very friendly.
