I'll make this short and sweet. Bottom line, this is a great hotel. Located in town so you can walk to restaurants, the grocery store, or just stroll around town. Very nice staff. They go out of there way to take care of you. One missing nice touch is the maids could have washed the couple of dishes I had in the sink every day. After long hours of working it would be nice to come back to the room with clean dishes. (I am only one person) Also, the rooms near the front of the hotel are VERY noisy. For some reason every moped and motorcycle on Crete do not have mufflers. It would be nice if the police would enforce loud noise laws on these drivers. If the hotel wants to make these rooms fit to sleep in they are going to have to put in noise insulation and double or triple pane windows. I have stayed here a few time while I conduct business in this area. I had a room in the back of the hotel last time and it was quite except for the occasional dog barking. A nice thing too is the parking is enclosed under the hotel. It is best to have a small car. You will understand when you park. It is nice to have your car out of the sun and weather. I love this area of Crete!!
