The room itself was average, but it was far too expensive for what it was. We booked via hotels.com in advance and paid $144 US, or ~100 Euros. We paid 25% less for a larger room in downtown Athens. The room is very cramped; two people cannot walk by each other without having to lean. Our double room had two single beds; we had wanted one large bed. The bathroom was the smallest I've ever seen: you have to step past the toilet to close the door; you could rest your head in the sink while sitting on the toilet, and you have to squeeze between the toilet and the sink to exit the shower (and be careful not to step on the floor drain or the grate will come loose). We had to request a shower curtain at the front desk. Also, the shower tiles had some mildew in the grout. This hotel does not offer non-smoking rooms, and our room smelled heavily of cigarettes, even though the window was open. There is no refrigerator in the room. The only redeeming qualities of the room, were that the beds were a bit softer than the average bed in Greece (very hard), and there was free wireless internet in the room. The hotel had a nice looking restaurant and bar, with a good view of the countryside. The hotel is located outside of the town of Levadia. We are only staying one night while driving through the area.
The included breakfast was a very basic continental. Coffee, Juice, Water, Bread butter & jam, and one danish to share between the two of us.
If you do decide to stay here, do not pay in advance. Try to get a cheaper rate at the front desk.
