This is a budget hotel, although you wouldn't know from the service and overall experience of the hotel. The only budget part about it is the room interior, which is dated but well maintained.
The bathrooms are excellent and looks new (but bring your own hairdryer)
Bar is very good, very friendly staff.
Everything is extremely clean.

We stayed for 1 night before our cruise to the Mediterranean.
We took the X96 Airport Bus, got off at Dimotiko station. (Be sure to ask the bus driver, otherwise, all street signs are in Greek, hard to tell where to get off). it's about an hour ride. The street we get off (Leof. Ir. Politechniou) is parallel to the street where the hotel is(Notara) you can keep walking in the same direction of the bus and then turn right after walking 5-6 blocks. We turned right on Merachias, walked for another 2 blocks, you will see a coffee shop on the corner, then turn left on Notara, walk for another 2 & 1/2 blocks, the hotel will be right there in nice orange as shown in pictures.

The room is nice and clean, not large but just right. It's very close by shore where a lot of good food and we were able to walk to the train station to Plaka & Acropolis. Very convenient location. Free WiFi.

Staff were extremely helpful and speak fluent English. Showed us how to get to train station and helped us call taxi next morning to get to Terminal B. (Too far to walk and roads are bumpy and narrow, hard to drag luggage along for long distance, terminal A is closer , I think) I remembered it only cost us 6 Euro to take a taxi to the Cruise Terminal.

1 point deducted - shower door doesn't close tight, water leaked and made the floor all wet, making it very slippery. so be careful after shower. ( we stayed on 5th floor but not much of a view)

For the price and service provided, will definitely stay again.

Having used Faro's 1 hotel due to family bereavement in Athens I have nothing but praise for all of the staff in the hotel. They were understanding and helpful in every thing.
The hotel was centrally located, easy to access from public transport,10 minutes walk from airport bus stop ( x96 ) which cost 6.00 Euros 1 way.The hotel was spotless through out,the food served was of good quality and reasonably priced.
The rooms were a good size and well equipped and quiet at night .
Once again the staff made my stay excellent, thanks.
